    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a mobile communications network detection method and apparatus. The mobile communications network detection method comprises: receiving, by a network element management device, quality of service information sent by multiple network element devices on a transmission path of a service data flow, where the quality of service information is used for indicating quality of service of transmission of the service data flow by the network element devices, and the multiple network element devices include a base station device and a core network device; and determining, by the network element management device, quality of service of the transmission path of the service data flow according to the quality of service information sent by the multiple network element devices. The mobile communications network detection method and apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention are used to efficiently detect quality of service of service transmission.

The method includes: determining a subscribed APN corresponding to an alias APN, where the alias APN is obtained by a mobility management network element according to an APN in an access request of a UE and according to acquired correspondence between a subscribed APN and an alias APN of the UE; and determining a QoS parameter of the alias APN according to a QoS parameter of the subscribed APN.     Abstract: A method includes: a first node monitors a status of a connection between the first node and a center system, and switches to the standby node working mode when the status of the connection between the first node and the center system is disconnected. The center system monitors a status of a connection between the center system and the first node, and sends a switch-to-master command to a second node when the status of the connection between the center system and the first node is disconnected. The second node switches to the master node working mode based on the switch-to-master command. Accordingly, whether a master node is switched to a standby node is determined through connectivity detection between the node and the center system, and whether a standby node is switched to a master node is determined based on an indication of the center system.
