    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an information transmission method and an apparatus. The method may include: A terminal device receives area identification information from a network device through a first frequency resource; and the terminal device performs an area update procedure or receives system information based on the area identification information through a second frequency resource. According to this application, transmitting common information on a WUR link can prolong working duration of the terminal device on the WUR link, improve energy saving benefit, and reduce an access delay of the terminal device.

    Abstract: A transmission method is disclosed. A terminal device transmits uplink control information to a network device through a PUSCH when a time domain location of a PUCCH including the uplink control information is between that of DCI and that of a PUSCH; or a time domain location of a PUSCH is before that of a PUCCH, and a time domain length between a time domain location of a PDSCH corresponding to the uplink control information and the time domain location of the PUSCH is greater than or equal to a first time domain length; or a time domain location of a PUSCH is before that of a PUCCH, and a time domain length between a time domain location of a CSI-RS corresponding to the uplink control information and the time domain location of the PUSCH is greater than or equal to a second time domain length.

    Abstract: A power control method and a power control apparatus, the method including determining a path loss estimate between a first terminal device and the second terminal device, determining a transmit power of a signal based on the path loss estimate between the first terminal device and the second terminal device and further based on a path loss estimate between a network device and the second terminal device, and sending, by the second terminal device, the signal to the first terminal device based on the transmit power of the signal. The signal is a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH), and the transmit power of the PSSCH is determined according to at least a maximum transmit power of the PSSCH, a target receive power of the PSSCH, the path loss estimate between the first terminal device and the second terminal device, and a target receive power of the PSSCH.

    Abstract: A communications method includes: when a terminal device is in a non-connected state, a system information block is received from a network device, where the system information block includes first information; and configuration of a reference signal used for operations such as automatic gain control (AGC) adjustment and time and frequency synchronization can be known based on the first information. In this way, the terminal device can wake up at a location of a first reference signal to prevent terminal device from waking up too early at a location of a synchronization signal block and to effectively reduce power consumption of the terminal device.

    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a communications device. The communication method includes: receiving, by a first device, N transport blocks TBs sent by a second device, where each TB includes at least one code block group CBG, and N is a positive integer; determining, by the first device, a hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ feedback bit of each CBG in the N TBs; determining, by the first device, a feedback bit stream of the N TBs based on the HARQ feedback bit of each CBG in the N TBs, where a quantity of bits of the feedback bit stream is equal to or less than a total quantity of CBGs in the N TBs; and sending, by the first device, the feedback bit stream to the second device. Compared with that in the prior art, the communication method provided in this application may improve flexibility of transmitting a feedback bit stream.
