The system includes: a non real-time service decoder dividing received non real-time service content into a transmission block according to a protocol; a service content manager monitoring whether the receive of the non real-time service content stops and acknowledging a schedule regarding whether a portion with errors in the non real-time service content is retransmitted; a memory storing a portion without errors in the non real-time service content; a file checker checking whether errors are produced during the receive of the non real-time service contents and determining whether the portion with errors in the non real-time service content is retransmitted; a retransmission request signal generator generating a retransmission request signal; a return channel transmitter transmitting the retransmission request signal; and a return channel receiver receiving data corresponding the portion with error.

    摘要： A non-real time stereoscopic video service method and apparatus are provided. The non-real time stereoscopic video service method performed by a reception apparatus, including: extracting a program association table (PAT) from a received transport stream (TS) and analyzing the same; extracting a program map table (PMT) corresponding to a program selected by a user from the PAT and analyzing the same; extracting a stereoscopic video service descriptor from the PMT and analyzing the same; generating frame and/or time information of an image to be reproduced according to the analysis of the stereoscopic video service descriptor; and reproducing an image by synchronizing a reference image and a supplementary image based on the generated frame and/or time information.

    摘要： A method of synchronizing reference image with additional image in digital broadcasting includes generating at least one frame having predetermined identifier for providing notice of the start time of the reference image to receiver in advance; and transmitting at least one frame having the predetermined identifier to the receiver. Alternatively, the method of synchronizing reference image with additional image of includes generating signaling information containing additional image interlocking information at a transmission side in order to prepare for the additional image interlocked with the reference image at a reception side in advance; and providing the signaling information to the receiver. Therefore, it is possible to accurately and effectively perform the synchronization of 3D reference image with 3D additional image stored in the receiver or a streamed 3D additional image.

    摘要： Provided are a method and apparatus of synchronizing a reference picture and an additional picture of a real-time broadcasting program. The method includes: receiving an MPEG-2 transport stream (MPEG-2 TS) including a program level descriptor and an elementary stream (ES) level descriptor from a picture transmitting apparatus; loading an additional picture, corresponding to a reference picture included in the elementary stream (ES) level descriptor from a memory provided in the picture receiving apparatus, based on file information regarding the reference picture; calculating a time difference between a current frame of the reference picture and a reference time stamp, based on the reference time stamp which is included in the program level descriptor and indicates a start time of a frame regarding the reference picture; synchronizing the frame regarding the reference picture and a frame regarding the additional picture by using the time difference; and providing a stereoscopic picture based on the synchronized frames regarding the reference picture and the additional picture. A stereoscopic video service can be stably provided.

    摘要： Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for transmitting a broadcasting service capable of signaling non-real-time 3D broadcasting content. An apparatus for transmitting a broadcasting service includes: a non-real-time (NRT) content encoder encoding stereoscopic image content including a reference image and an additional image to generate an NRT stream; an NRT signaling information encoder generating NRT signaling information including at least one of a service map table (SMT) and a non-real-time-information table (NRT-IT) that correspond to the content; and a multiplexer multiplexing the NRT stream and the NRT signaling information and transmitting the multiplexed NRT stream and NRT signaling information to a receiving apparatus. Therefore, content can be provided even when the reference image and the additional image are encoded into the single file format in the dual stream type.
