    摘要： There are provided a 3-D image synchronization method and apparatus. The method comprises determining a reference region for each of the frames of a first image and determining a counter region for each of the frames of a second image, corresponding to the reference region, for the first image and the second image forming a 3-D image; calculating the feature values of the reference region and the counter region; extracting a frame difference between the first image and the second image based on the feature values; and moving any one of the first image and the second image in the time domain based on the extracted frame difference.

    摘要： Provided are an apparatus and method of transmitting and receiving associated broadcasting contents based on a heterogeneous network. The transmission system generates a basic contents stream for basic contents configuring the broadcasting contents to transmit the basic contents stream to a terminal through a broadcasting network, generates an additional contents stream for additional contents associated with the basic contents to transmit the additional contents stream to the terminal through a communication network, and further transmits at least one of associated playing information on the basic contents and associated playing information on the additional contents to the terminal, and the reception terminal receives the basic contents stream, the additional contents stream, and the associated playing information and synchronize the basic contents and the additional contents with each other to play them, thereby playing the broadcasting contents in real time.

According to the present invention, 2D/3D broadcasting service efficiency may be improved.

    摘要： A method of synchronizing reference image with additional image in digital broadcasting includes generating at least one frame having predetermined identifier for providing notice of the start time of the reference image to receiver in advance; and transmitting at least one frame having the predetermined identifier to the receiver. Alternatively, the method of synchronizing reference image with additional image of includes generating signaling information containing additional image interlocking information at a transmission side in order to prepare for the additional image interlocked with the reference image at a reception side in advance; and providing the signaling information to the receiver. Therefore, it is possible to accurately and effectively perform the synchronization of 3D reference image with 3D additional image stored in the receiver or a streamed 3D additional image.

    摘要： Provided are a method and apparatus of synchronizing a reference picture and an additional picture of a real-time broadcasting program. The method includes: receiving an MPEG-2 transport stream (MPEG-2 TS) including a program level descriptor and an elementary stream (ES) level descriptor from a picture transmitting apparatus; loading an additional picture, corresponding to a reference picture included in the elementary stream (ES) level descriptor from a memory provided in the picture receiving apparatus, based on file information regarding the reference picture; calculating a time difference between a current frame of the reference picture and a reference time stamp, based on the reference time stamp which is included in the program level descriptor and indicates a start time of a frame regarding the reference picture; synchronizing the frame regarding the reference picture and a frame regarding the additional picture by using the time difference; and providing a stereoscopic picture based on the synchronized frames regarding the reference picture and the additional picture. A stereoscopic video service can be stably provided.
