Provided proposes a structure of a robot management server and an internal structure of a robot that can interwork with an external server providing functions such as voice recognition, voice synthesis, image recognition, speaker recognition, gesture recognition, etc., and provide the corresponding functions as basic functions of the robot. Through the structure, the same interface, which accesses the internal structure of the robot, can be provided and the robot developer can develop applications handling multi-kinds robots and applications without being limited by the basic functions of the robot, by using the interface. In addition, malfunction and failure, which can occur during the operation of the robot, are checked by diagnosing, such that applications capable of appropriately processing the malfunction and failure can be developed.

An inter-enterprise collaborative process management system includes: a collaborative process editor for defining, modifying and deleting a collaborative process through a user interface; a collaboration policy editor for defining, modifying and deleting a collaboration policy through a user interface; a collaborative partner selector for searching for a candidate partner of performing each activity of the collaborative process and helping selecting a most proper partner of the found candidate partners; a collaborative process agent for, when the collaborative partner is selected, performing an actual collaborative activity by using a service supplied by the selected partner; a collaborative process engine for transferring a result of the activity completed by the collaborative process agent as an input of a next activity and calling a corresponding collaborative process agent; and a collaboration agency for controlling and managing inter-enterprise collaborative activity on the basis of the collaboration policy.

An OSGi-based dynamic service management method for context-aware system is provided. By adding a service bundle for service implementation to an OSGi framework, a service lifecycle is separately managed. For this purpose, the service bundle has several service implementations, and a service factory object is generated as many as the service implementations. The lifecycle of the service is managed. The service factory object installs and uninstalls the service. Accordingly, even when various sensors and devices are newly added to the context-aware system, a corresponding service can be installed and uninstalled at any time, thereby providing a dynamic management.
