    摘要: A manufacturing method of metal and plastic composite bodies integrated by etching a surface of a metal member and forming a thermoplastic resin on an etching surface may include forming a printing layer which prints a pattern or a character on an exposed surface of a metal member and a protective layer for protecting the printed pattern thereon, grease-removing and cleaning to remove a passivation oxidized film at a rear side of the metal member to be integrally coupled with a plastic portion, surface-treating a surface by using and etching a ferric chloride solution in a range of pH 3 to 4.5 so as to form a minute unevenness at the rear side, removing a smut generated in the surface-treating process, and molding for integrally forming the plastic portion with the metal member.

    摘要: A vehicle side and rear monitoring system with a fail-safe function and a method thereof are provided. The system provides a fail-safe function for safe driving of a vehicle when an abnormality occurs in a side monitoring system of the vehicle, and a technique that provides a continuous side field of view of the vehicle when an abnormality occurs in the side monitoring system in the vehicle equipped with an AVM system. In addition, the system and provides a technique that corrects the distortion of an image captured by an AVM camera and performs an image rotation transformation to provide the image captured by the AVM camera at the same angle as that provided by side-view cameras. Therefore, when an abnormality occurs in the side monitoring system, the vehicle side and rear monitoring system with a fail-safe function continuously provides the same image as captured by the side-view cameras.

    摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus for controlling a wiper motor for a wiper system. The wiper motor includes a double cam plate rotated by rotational force of a motor, and internal contact points formed by a P-terminal and an E-terminal disconnected/connected by the double cam plate. The double cam plate includes a first cam plate and a second cam plate for connecting the P-terminal and the E-terminal, and a center plate between the first and second cam plates. The apparatus includes a circuit line connecting the P-terminal with an off terminal of a low relay, and a control unit turning off the low relay simultaneously when the P-terminal and the E-terminal connected by the first cam plate are disconnected when a multifunctional switch is turned off. The apparatus decreases electromotive force applied to the wiper motor while the center plate is in contact with the P-terminal.

    摘要: A side view mirror having a rotatable housing comprises a cover plate mounted on an exterior of a vehicle body, wherein an inside and outside of the cover plate are divided based on the vehicle body. A stay includes a lever disposed at an inner side of the cover plate. An up/down/left/right angle adjusting part is integrated with a connection bar, connected to the lever through the connection bar, and configured to be movable in up/down and left/right directions with respect to an outer surface of the cover plate. A folding supporting part is integrated with the up/down/left/right angle adjusting part at the outer surface of the up/down/left/right angle adjusting part and connected to the mirror-integrated housing. A mirror-integrated housing is foldably or unfoldably coupled with the folding supporting part, and an angle of the mirror-integrated housing is adjusted in up/down and left/right directions by the up/down/left/right angle adjusting part.
