摘要: A titanium alloy product includes a titanium alloy substrate and a plurality of first holes defined in a surface of the titanium alloy substrate. The first holes have an opening on the surface of the titanium alloy substrate and an inner wall connecting with the opening, a diameter of the inner space is greater than a diameter of the opening. The product tensile strength of bonding between the titanium alloy product and a material part filled in the first holes is very high. A housing with the titanium alloy product and a method for manufacturing the titanium alloy product are also disclosed.

摘要: Provided is a surface structure having freezing-delaying performance and freezing layer-separating performance. The surface structure includes a microstructural layer formed in the form of microscale irregularities and a plurality of nanopores formed in the microstructural layer. A freezing-delaying layer is formed on a surface of the microstructural layer to delay a freezing phenomenon. Also, a hygroscopic material is accommodated in the nanopores, so that when a surface of the freezing-delaying layer starts to freeze, the hygroscopic material is discharged from the nanopores to form a hygroscopic material film, and thus adhesion between the freezing-delaying layer and ice is reduced to allow the ice to be detached from the freezing-delaying layer.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of treating a surface of an aluminum material, the method including: degreasing an aluminum material; etching the degreased aluminum material; performing a first desmutting treatment by immersing the etched aluminum material in a 25-35 wt % nitric acid solution at a temperature in a range of 25 to 30° C. for at least 60 seconds; performing a second desmutting treatment by immersing the first desmutting-treated aluminum material in a 5-15 wt % nitric acid solution at a temperature in a range of 25 to 30° C. for a time in a range of 30 seconds to 60 seconds; anodizing the second desmutting-treated aluminum material; coloring the anodized aluminum material; and sealing the colored aluminum material.

摘要: At least one embodiment relates to a method for transforming at least part of a valve metal layer into a template that includes a plurality of spaced channels aligned longitudinally along a first direction. The method includes a first anodization step that includes anodizing the valve metal layer in a thickness direction to form a porous layer that includes a plurality of channels. Each channel has channel walls and a channel bottom. The channel bottom is coated with a first insulating metal oxide barrier layer as a result of the first anodization step. The method also includes a protective treatment. Further, the method includes a second anodization step after the protective treatment. The second anodization step substantially removes the first insulating metal oxide barrier layer, induces anodization, and creates a second insulating metal oxide barrier layer. In addition, the method includes an etching step.

摘要: This invention provides a metal sheet preparing process with a surface having wood grain, and the process includes the following steps: spraying photosensitive ink on the metal sheet; pasting a designed film on a surface of the metal sheet sprayed with the photosensitive ink; exposing the metal sheet pasted with the film in an ultraviolet light for 1-15 min; spray developing the surface of the metal sheet with sodium carbonate solution, and exiting the film after developing; etching the metal sheet exited the film after developing with a mixed aqueous solution of ferric trichloride and copper sulfate, and a corrosive temperature being 30-50° C. which lasts for 5-8 min; and washing corrosive liquid on the grain and cured films of the photosensitive ink out of the grain with sodium hydroxide solution of 5-8% wt %.
