摘要: Disclosed is a brake friction material for stainless steel brake discs, as a non-asbestos-based organic friction material not including asbestos. The brake friction material can enhance braking characteristics and wear resistance of a stainless steel brake disc. The brake friction material for stainless steel discs comprises a fiber base, a binder, a filler and a friction modifier. In particular, the friction modifier is included in an amount of about 10 to 22% by volume based on the total volume of the brake friction material composition and comprises zirconium oxide (ZrO2), iron oxide (FeO), graphite (C), tin (Sn) powder and alumina (Al2O3).

摘要: Provided herein is a coating method for a vehicle shift fork and the methods includes: preparing a Fe—Cr—Mo-based composition such as a powder; pretreating the shift fork by washing a pad part of the shift fork to remove impurities; forming a coating layer on the pad part using the Fe—Cr—Mo-based powder by high velocity oxygen fuel spraying (HVOF) method; and cooling the coating layer at a rate of about 106 to about 108 K/s to form an amorphous coating layer. Further provided are an amorphous coating formed by high velocity oxygen fuel spraying (HVOF) method and a shift fork including the amorphous coating.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a brake disc of heterogeneous materials, may include a disc device and a hub device formed in a cast-bonding manner using different materials, includes performing a first casting for casting the disc device using a grey cast-iron material, performing a preparation step by placing the disc device in a casting mold as an insert, performing a second casting for preparing a brake disc cast product by injecting molten aluminum alloy into the casting mold and casting the hub device to be cast-bonded to the disc device, and performing an oxynitriding process for forming an oxynitride layer by smoothing a surface of the brake disc cast product and performing heat treatment in a gaseous atmosphere at a temperature ranging from 425 to 500° C.

The solid type brake disc also includes a friction part that includes a ring body that has a center hole and receives the hat part in the center hole and projections that protrude toward the hollow protrusions and are inserted in the internal spaces to be covered with the hollow protrusions.

摘要: A drum in hat brake disc that includes a main braking part and a hat part coupled to the main braking part with a sprayed coating layer formed on a frictional surface of therein. And a manufacturing method includes the steps of casting a main braking part and seating the main braking part in a mold and injecting an aluminum alloy melt into the mold to form a hat part. The method also includes the steps of cooling the main braking part and the hat part and separating the mold to manufacture the drum in hat brake disk. The method includes polishing a surface of an inner diameter part of the hat part and performing a short blast process of the surface using alumina. The method also includes forming a sprayed coating layer on the inner diameter part subjected to the short blast process.
