摘要: The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle that includes: a mode door having a thin. plate member, solidly operating inside an air-conditioning case to control the degree of opening of a defrost vent, a face vent and floor vents, and a gear shaft, engaged with the thin plate member for its operating; and constant discharging means disposed at a rail portion. of the thin plate member and at a guide part of an air-conditioning case overlapped with the rail portion, so that air of a fixed quantity is discharged to side vents of the face vent, thereby providing a simple structure and reducing manufacturing costs because the gear holes of the rail portion and the cut portions of the guide portion serve as the constant discharging means, without a need for additional structure to constantly discharge air toward the side vent.

摘要: The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle. The air conditioner for a vehicle according to the present invention includes: a plate member slidably operating inside an air-conditioning case to control the degree of opening of air outflow ports or air passageways inside the air-conditioning case; a gear shaft for operating the plate member, and separation preventing means formed on rail portions of the plate member interlocking with the gear shaft.According to the present invention; the gear portions of the gear shaft can be smoothly interlocked with the gear holes formed on the rail portions of the plate member and it is prevented that the gear portions of the gear shaft in interlock with the gear holes of the rail portions are separated from the gear holes or mislocated.

摘要: In a section overspeed regulating method of determining whether a vehicle overspeeds on the basis of whether an average speed of the vehicle in a regulation section exceeds a speed limit, the section overspeed warning apparatus and system determine whether the current speed of the vehicle traveling on a regulation section exceeds the speed limit, and warn a driver. Whether the speed of the vehicle traveling on the regulation section exceeds the speed limit of the section is determined depending on a travel distance from a starting position of the regulation section to a current position of the vehicle, a travel time taken for the vehicle to travel by the travel distance, and a remaining distance from the current position of the vehicle to an end position of the regulation section. If it is determined that the current position of the vehicle will exceed the speed limit of the section, overspeed warning messages are output in the form of text, voice, or warning sound. Further, the section overspeed warning apparatus and system recommend the maximum speed, which allows the vehicle not to violate the speed limit of the section at the current position, to a driver as a recommended speed.
