Abstract: An elastomer is provided, which is a product of reacting C4-12 lactam, poly(C2-4 alkylene glycol), C4-12 diacid, and multi-ester aliphatic monomer. The C4-12 lactam and the poly(C2-4 alkylene glycol) have a weight ratio of 20:80 to 80:20. The total weight of the C4-12 lactam and the poly(C2-4 alkylene glycol) and the weight of the C4-12 diacid have a ratio of 100:0.5 to 100:10. The total weight of the C4-12 lactam and the poly(C2-4 alkylene glycol) and the weight of the multi-ester aliphatic monomer have a ratio of 100:0.01 to 100:5.

The first polyamide has a repeating unit of and the second polyamide has repeating units of The second polyamide is a crystalline random copolymer. The sheet of the polyamide composition is biaxially stretched at a rate of 20 mm/sec to 100 mm/sec.

Abstract: A thermoplastic vulcanizate is provided, including 10-50 parts by weight of a nylon plastic and 50-90 parts by weight of a cross-linked acrylic rubber polymer. The cross-linked acrylic rubber polymer is dispersed in the Nylon plastic. The cross-linked acrylic rubber polymer is formed by a modified acrylic rubber polymer having a hydrolysable silane group through crosslinking in the presence of water. In the modified acrylic rubber polymer having a hydrolysable silane group, a linkage group represented by formula (I) or formula (II) is between a backbone and the hydrolysable silane group: wherein R1 is H or —OH; R2 is H, —Z′—Si(OR′)3 or C1-C10 hydrocarbon group; R3 is H or C1-C10 hydrocarbon group; Z′ is a divalent bridging group; R′ is individually C1-C10 hydrocarbon group. A manufacturing method of the thermoplastic vulcanizate is also provided.

Abstract: A composite material and a foam prepared from the composite material are provided. The composite material includes a network polymer, a fluorine-containing polymer fiber, and a reinforcement fiber. The polymer network is a crosslinking reaction product of a polymer and an oligomer, wherein the polymer is polyamide, polyester, polyurethane, or a combination thereof, and the oligomer is a vinyl aromatic-co-acrylate oligomer with an epoxy functional group. The oligomer has a weight percentage of 1% to 10%, based on the weight of the network polymer. The ratio of the weight of the reinforcement fiber to the total weight of the network polymer and the fluorine-containing polymer fiber is from 1:9 to 4:6.
