    摘要: Embodiments of systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for automatic landmarking are presented. A coil including at least one marker is placed on a desired region on interest (ROI) of a subject. Further, a detector detects a position of the marker while translating the subject from a home position in an imaging system into a bore of a magnet in the imaging system. A positioning unit coupled to at least one of the coil, the marker and the detector is configured to initiate automatic translation of the subject from the home position into the magnet bore. Further, the positioning unit determines a distance between the detected marker position and a homogenous position of the magnet based at least on the detected marker position. The positioning unit then controls movement of the subject over the determined distance to the homogenous magnet position for automatically landmarking the desired ROI.

    摘要: The manipulation of RF irradiation to a subject in which a CEST agent has been administered is employed to determine a biological parameter in vivo in conjunction with an MRI imaging process. The exchange rate of the CEST agent is determined through RF manipulation which in turn enables the determination of a biological parameter through standard calibration techniques. The exchange rate of CEST agents is modulated as a function of many biological parameters, such as pH. MRI apparatuses and computer program products configured for determining exchanges rates of CEST agents in vivo are also disclosed.

A coil apparatus and a system are also described herein.

The computer is programmed to apply a first off-resonant radio frequency (RF) pulse at a first frequency different than the resonant frequency to a plurality of nuclei excited at a resonant frequency, acquire a first signal from the plurality of nuclei after application of the first off-resonant RF pulse, determine a phase shift from the first signal based on the first off-resonant RF pulse, determine a B1 field based on the phase shift, and store the B1 field on a computer readable storage medium.
