    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate having a display area and non-display area; a first conductive layer disposed on the substrate and corresponding to the display area; a second conductive layer disposed on the substrate and corresponding to the display area, wherein the first and second conductive layers cross from top view; a first insulating layer disposed between the first and second conductive layers; a third conductive layer disposed on the substrate, corresponding to the non-display area, and including a first connection line; and a second insulating layer disposed between the second and third conductive layers. The first connection line electrically connects to the first or second conductive layer. The result of a sheet impedance of the first connection line divided by a sheet impedance of the first or second conductive layer is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 10.

    Abstract: An electronic device and a forming method thereof are provided. The electronic device includes a substrate, a metal layer, a first insulating layer, a first conductive layer, a second insulating layer, and a second conductive layer. The metal layer is disposed on the substrate and includes a sensing line and a drain electrode. The first insulating layer is disposed on the metal layer. The first conductive layer is disposed on the first insulating layer and includes a touch electrode. The second insulating layer is disposed on the first conductive layer. The second conductive layer is disposed on the second insulating layer and includes a conductive pattern. The conductive pattern is electrically connected to the sensing line and the touch electrode.

The first metal layer includes a gate pattern, the second metal layer includes a scan line pattern, the semiconductor includes an active region, and the first insulating layer includes a first opening. The gate pattern overlaps the active region, and the scan line pattern of the second metal layer is electrically connected to the gate pattern of the first metal layer through the first opening in the first insulating layer.
