摘要: A computer-implemented method, a computer program product, and an incremental learning system are provided for language learning and speech enhancement. The method includes transforming acoustic utterances uttered by an individual into textual representations thereof, by a voice-to-language processor configured to perform speech recognition. The method further includes accelerating speech development in the individual, by an incremental learning system that includes the voice-to-language processor and that processes the acoustic utterances using natural language processing and analytics to determine and incrementally provide new material to the individual for learning.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a computer-implemented method for generating a sleep optimization plan. A non-limiting example of the computer-implemented method includes receiving, by a processor, genetic data for a user. The method also includes receiving, by the processor, Internet of Things (IoT) device data for the user. The method also includes generating, by the processor, a sleep duration measurement for the user based at last in part upon the IoT device data. The method also includes generating, by the processor, a sleep optimization plan for the user based at least in part upon the genetic data.

The contents of the list are selected based at least in part on the error code and are in priority order. The data items in the list are collected and a buffer to store the collected data items is selected. At least a subset of the collected data items to be written is transmitted to the buffer. All of the collected data items are transmitted to the buffer when the buffer is large enough to hold all of the data items in the list. A subset of the collected data items are transmitted to the buffer in priority order when the buffer is not large enough to hold all of the data in the list.

摘要: Systems, computer-implemented methods and/or computer program products that facilitate real-time response to defined symptoms are provided. In one embodiment, a computer-implemented method comprises: monitoring, by a system operatively coupled to a processor, a state of an entity; detecting, by the system, defined symptoms of the entity by analyzing the state of the entity; and transmitting, by the system, a signal that causes audio response or a haptic response to be provided to the entity, wherein transmission of the signal that causes the audio response or the haptic response is based on detection of the defined symptoms.

摘要: A method is provided that includes receiving, by a firmware from an originating software, an asynchronous request for an instruction of an algorithm for compression of data. The firmware operates on a first processor and the originating software operates on a second processor. The firmware issues a synchronous request to the first processor to cause the processor to execute the instruction synchronously. It is determined, by the firmware, whether an interrupt is received from the first processor with respect to the first processor executing the instruction. The firmware retries the issuance of the synchronous request each time the interrupt is received until a retry threshold is reached.
