摘要: A solution for evaluating an object using physical three-dimensional locations of the various points on the object derived from image data concurrently acquired by two or more cameras (e.g., stereo image data) is provided. Image data concurrently acquired by at least two cameras at each of multiple instants is processed to identify one or more points of an object visible in the image data. A physical three-dimensional location of each such point can be calculated at each instant using the corresponding image data. Additionally, a physical three-dimensional location of one or more points of the object visible only in the image data acquired by one camera can be calculated for each of the three different instants using the image data in which the corresponding point is visible and the physical three-dimensional location of one or more of the points visible in the image data acquired by at least two cameras.

摘要: An assembly for monitoring an area is provided. The assembly can include two or more cameras sensitive to radiation of distinct wavelength ranges. The fields of view of the cameras can be substantially co-registered at the area to be monitored. The assembly can include a computer system which can process the image data to monitor the area. The computer system can be configured to identify relevant objects present in the area, update tracking information for the relevant objects, and evaluate whether an alert condition is present using the tracking information.

Using image data acquired by the imaging device(s), a computer system can measure a set of attributes of the surface of the object and/or automatically determine whether the measurement device is within the measurement region. An embodiment is configured to be held by a human user during operation.

摘要: A solution for communicating between devices located within and outside of an effective Faraday cage volume is provided. An enclosure structure forming the effective Faraday cage volume can be used as an antenna for a transceiver of a wireless device located within the Faraday cage volume. An antenna connector of a transceiver of the wireless device can be physically connected to the conductive material of the enclosure structure using any solution. The enclosure structure can transmit wireless signals generated by the wireless device external of the enclosure structure and/or transmit external wireless signals to the transceiver of the wireless device for processing by the device.

摘要: A solution for acquiring pressure data for an object, such as an airfoil, is provided. One or more pressure sensor nodes are utilized, each of which includes a set of pressure sensors and a processing component. The pressure sensor node(s) are affixed to the object in a manner that enables the pressure sensors to acquire pressure data for a set of locations on the surface of the object. A pressure sensor node also can include a wireless communications component to provide wireless communications between the pressure sensor node and a computer system.
