    摘要: A catheter guiding device includes a bolt including a shaft configured to be inserted within a hole drilled in a bone and a passageway extending longitudinally therethrough along a bolt axis and a guide member received within the passageway of the bolt and extending longitudinally along a guide axis. The guide member includes a guide channel extending therethrough along the guide axis, wherein, in a first configuration, the guide member is arrangeable to a desired position relative to the bolt to align the guide axis with a target area and, in a second configuration, the guide member is fixed in the desired position relative to the bolt such that the guide axis is at a desired angle relative to the bolt axis within a permitted range of angulations.

    摘要: Reduced height and zero-profile implants, such as bone plates, are provided that take advantage of improved bone resurfacing instrument technology to form precisely resurfaced implant-receiving beds in cortical bone, such as across a fracture or bone portion in need of repair, to accommodate the implants. The implants are provided in forms that do not necessitate the inclusion of bone screws while providing increased implant-repulsion resistance. The implants may be sized and configured to receive anchoring pins, preferably anchoring pins having non-circular cross-sectional shafts that further increase implant-repulsion resistance.

The reconstruction device further includes an adjustment assembly (120, 220, 320) that provides for adjustment of the directional and/or angular orientation of the links. The reconstruction device further includes a locking assembly (122, 222, 322) that is movable between a disengaged configuration and an engaged configuration. In the disengaged configuration, the adjustment assembly can be actuated to adjust the orientation of the links. In the engaged confirmation, the locking assembly inhibits adjustment of the orientation of the links.
