摘要: A heat exchange tube is constructed by forming, on a cylindrical tube peripheral wall, a plurality of projecting portions which project to an inside of the tube peripheral wall, and which are formed by pushing. The plurality of projecting portions are formed, respectively, into conical shapes across a tube axis, and are arranged along virtual spirals on the tube peripheral wall. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a heat exchange tube which facilitates formation of a plurality of projecting portions with the thickness hardly changed and without formation of protruded portions, and which is capable of contributing to enhancement of heat exchanging efficiency.

摘要: An air cleaner device whereby the number of component parts is reduced and the filter element can be maintained and inspected without a time-consuming procedure. The air cleaner device includes: a support part provided to a cleaner case and having a fitting ingress at a region on the opposite side thereof from the cover; and a pivot provided to the cover and having a convex part capable of fitting in the fitting ingress of the support part. A hinge part for connecting the cover to the cleaner case so that the cover can open and close is formed by the support part and the pivot by fitting of the convex part in the fitting ingress.

摘要: An air cleaner device whereby the number of component parts is reduced and the filter element can be maintained and inspected without a time-consuming procedure. The air cleaner device includes: a support part provided to a cleaner case and having a fitting ingress at a region on the opposite side thereof from the cover; and a pivot provided to the cover and having a convex part capable of fitting in the fitting ingress of the support part. A hinge part for connecting the cover to the cleaner case so that the cover can open and close is formed by the support part and the pivot by fitting of the convex part in the fitting ingress.

摘要: A vertical type engine includes: an engine body having a crank chamber and a cylinder bore; and a timing transmission chamber provided above the engine body and housing a timing transmission device that connects between a crankshaft and a cam shaft which are vertically placed, respectively, wherein a generator driven by the crankshaft is placed above the timing transmission device, and a breather chamber communicating with the crank chamber and an intake silencer box is provided between the generator and the crank chamber placed below the generator on the side opposite from the cam shaft with respect to the crankshaft. Hence, a vertical type engine that includes a breather chamber dedicated for gas-liquid separation and is compact can be achieved.

摘要: A cogeneration apparatus having a ventilation-introducing channel communicating an electrical-equipment compartment with a ventilation fan is disclosed. Driving the ventilation fan causes air to be led from an exterior of a cogeneration case through the electrical-equipment compartment to the interior of the ventilation-introducing channel. The air led to the interior of the ventilation-introducing channel is led to an electrical generator. The air led to the electrical generator is exhausted through a power-generation compartment to the exterior of the cogeneration case.

摘要: A cogeneration apparatus having a ventilation-introducing channel communicating an electrical-equipment compartment with a ventilation fan is disclosed. Driving the ventilation fan causes air to be led from an exterior of a cogeneration case through the electrical-equipment compartment to the interior of the ventilation-introducing channel. 摘要: A breather device of a vertical type engine includes: an engine body having a crank chamber and a cylinder bore; and a timing transmission chamber provided above the engine body and housing a timing transmission device that connects between a crankshaft and a cam shaft which are vertically placed, respectively, the timing transmission chamber communicating at one side with the crank chamber and at the other side with the outside, wherein the breather device includes a breather chamber communicating with the timing transmission chamber via a communication tube, the breather chamber communicating with an intake silencer box. Hence, oil can be efficiently separated from breathing gas of a crank chamber.

摘要: A ventilation outlet of a generation unit case installed outdoors and housing a generation unit including a generator and an internal combustion engine to drive the generator. The outlet comprise a maintenance box whose inside surfaces are attached with sound insulators and bored with an inlet hole at its upper portion to be communicated with an inside of the generation unit case and bored with an outlet hole at its lower portion that connects the inlet hole to exterior through a passage formed among the sound insulators. A flow guide plate is installed near the outlet hole to guide rainwater entered from outside to flow upward and a shield is installed at the passage to prevent the rainwater from flowing further upward.
