摘要: The invention relates to an aerosol separator for separating aerosols in a blow-by gas, which comprises at least one feed opening for feeding a blow-by gas provided with aerosols, an outlet opening for discharging a blow-by gas cleaned of aerosols, at least one outflow opening for releasing aerosols removed from the blow-by gas, and which is arranged between a flow path of the at least one feed opening and the outlet opening, and a plurality of projections for configuring the flow path running from the at least one feed opening to the outflow opening in a meandering manner, in order to decelerate the blow-by gas which enters the feed opening and which is provided with aerosols, in terms of its flow rate. The separator is characterized in that the projections in their end region, around which blow-by gas flows, have a portion with increasing projection width.

摘要: An oil separation device of an internal combustion engine includes a gas liquid separation chamber defined by a head cover of the engine, a gas introduction passage connected to a first end of the gas liquid separation chamber at an angle to the first direction, a gas inlet formed in an end of the gas introduction passage remote from the gas liquid separation chamber, and a gas outlet formed in a second end of the gas liquid separation chamber. Oil splashed from a valve actuating chamber of the engine is prevented from entering the oil separation device, and oil mist can be effectively separated from blow by gas.

摘要: An oil separator includes a casing that has an inlet for air and an outlet for air, and an impingement member that is provided inside the casing. Air that contains oil is introduced through the inlet into the casing and caused to strike the impingement member so that the oil is separated from the introduced air and is recovered. The outlet opens in the horizontal direction of the casing. The oil separator further includes an L-shaped elbow member that is attached to the outlet. The elbow member protrudes in the horizontal direction from the outlet and is bent upward.

摘要: A separator device for a system for recirculation of the blow-by gases of an internal combustion engine includes a casing containing a separation chamber and having an inlet for communication with the engine crankcase and an outlet for communication with the engine intake manifold, and drainage outlets ending in the engine crankcase, for returning the liquid separated in the separation chamber into the engine crankcase. Actuator means sensitive to pressure in the engine crankcase are associated to the inlet and to the drainage outlets so that when the pressure in the engine crankcase is higher than the pressure in the separator device, the inlet is open and the drainage outlets are closed, while when the pressure in the engine crankcase is lower than the pressure in the separator device, the inlet is closed and the drainage outlets are open.

摘要: A method for improving fuel efficiency of a vehicle and an exclusive energy saving and emission reduction device thereof are provided. The key points of the technical solutions are as follows. An exhaust separation device is installed in a crankcase of an engine. An oil-gas separation technology is adopted to manufacture an oil-gas separator and a diffusion vortex chamber. According to an aerodynamic principle, the separation degree of the exhaust is improved through compression and high speed vortex in the energy saving device, in such a manner that engine oil vapor in the exhaust is separated from combustible mixed gases, and then sent to the engine via an air intake throttle. The present invention enables complete combustion of the fuel, so as to achieve effects of oil-saving and emission-reducing.

摘要: A breather apparatus for an internal combustion engine for a vehicle in which an air cleaner is disposed above a crankcase. A breather tube is provided for guiding blow-by gas exhausted from the crankcase. The breather tube is coupled with a breather chamber formed in the air cleaner to separate gas and liquid in the breather chamber in the air cleaner. An upstream side flow path, coupled to the breather tube, and a downstream side flow path, continuously extending in a substantially U-shape to the upstream side flow path, are formed in the breather chamber.

摘要: An oil mist separator includes at least one filter device for separating off liquid suspended particles from a carrier gas. The filter device includes a housing having at least one inlet opening for introducing the carrier gas and at least one outlet opening for discharging the filtered carrier gas. Arranged in the housing is at least one filter insert through which the carrier gas can flow along a flow direction. There is also provided at least one guide device by which the flow path can be deflected. The at least one filter device can be arranged releasably in the oil mist separator, and a seal is provided preferably between a first fixing surface of the oil mist separator and a second fixing surface, to be fixed thereto, of the filter device.

摘要: An oil separator is provided with a case that has an air inlet and a plurality of expansion chambers formed within the case. Air that contains oil is introduced into the case via the inlet and caused to strike a impingement plate to thereby separate the oil from the introduced air and recover the oil. The transverse cross-sectional area of each expansion chamber is greater than the open area of the inlet. Partition walls with orifice holes formed therein are provided between the expansion chambers.
