摘要: A light emitting sheet module includes a light guiding sheet to cover a plurality of key switches, at least one LED disposed on at least one end portion of the light guiding sheet, and a circuit board disposed on the one end portion of the light guiding sheet on which the LED is disposed. When the light emitting sheet module is, mounted on a switch board, it is capable of adaptation to key switches in a wide variety of forms and to illuminate the key switches with light emission of high brightness.

摘要: The keysheet module has a flexible printed circuit board formed with dome-shaped depression switches on the upper surface thereof. Each of the depression switches comprises a first fixed contact, a second fixed contact surrounding the first fixed contact, a movable contact arranged over these fixed contacts to electrically connect and disconnect the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact, and a switch holding sheet arranged on the flexible printed circuit board to cover and hold the movable contact. An insulating film of an insulating paste is formed on the flexible printed circuit board in such a way that it has air holes formed therein to release air trapped in the movable contact. The switch holding sheet is arranged over the insulating film.

摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide an improvement of the operability in a driving operation using a power tool. A representative power tool may comprise a driving material driven into a workpiece, a driving mechanism to drive the driving material into the workpiece, a motor, an operating device that controls energization and de-energization of the motor including a trigger switch and an internal switch, wherein the operating device further comprising a first mode in which, when the trigger switch is depressed, the internal switch is interlocked with the depressing operation of the trigger switch to be turned to the on-position and held in the on-position, while the trigger switch is returned to the off-position when the trigger switch is released and a second mode in which, when the depressing operation of the trigger switch is continued, the trigger switch is held in the on-position, and the internal switch is released from interlock with the trigger switch and is held in the on-position for a predetermined period of time in the working stroke and then returned to the off-position, while the trigger switch is returned to the off-position when the trigger switch is released.

摘要: Provided is a technology of carrying out activation annealing of n type impurity ions implanted for the formation of a field stop layer (n+ type semiconductor region) and activation annealing of p type impurity ions implanted for the formation of a collector region (p+ type semiconductor region) in separate steps to adjust an activation ratio of the n type impurity ions in the field stop layer to 60% or greater and an activation ratio of the p type impurity ions in the collector region to from 1 to 15%. This makes it possible to form an IGBT having a high breakdown voltage and high-speed switching characteristics. Moreover, use of a film stack made of nickel silicide, titanium, nickel and gold films for a collector electrode makes it possible to provide an ohmic contact with the collector region.

摘要: An improved driving tool is provided which can prevent malfunction in detection of the number of fasteners remaining in a magazine. A representative driving tool includes a driving member for driving fasteners and a magazine for storing the fasteners. The driving tool further includes a driving tool actuation control member that can be switched between an actuating position and a deactuating position, and a retaining member that can be switched between a retaining position and a releasing position. The retaining member is switched from the retaining position to the releasing position according to the number of remaining fasteners in the magazine and the driving tool actuation control member is switched from the actuating position to the deactuating position when the retaining member is switched to the releasing position.
