    摘要: A polyarylene sulfide resin composition comprising 60-99 parts by weight of a polyarylenesulfide resin (A), 40-1 parts by weight of a polyorganosiloxane graft copolymer (B) prepared by grafting a vinyl monomer on a polyorganosiloxane rubber having a degree of swelling in a range of 3-50 measured using toluene as a solvent and an average particle size in a range of 0.15 .mu.m-0.5 .mu.m and being copolymerized with a graft-linking agent, where the total amount of the (A) component and the (B) component is 100 parts by weight, and 0-150 parts by weight of a reinforcing filler (C). A polyarylene sulfide resin composition according to the present invention is excellent in impact resistance, heat resistance, mechanical strength and moldability and useful for an engineering plastic.

    摘要: Disclosed is a thermoplastic polyester resin composition, which comprises (A) 99-60 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyester resin, (B) 1-40 parts by weight of a polyorganosiloxane rubber, (C) 0.01-10 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the sum of the components (A) and (B), of an organic silane compound having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of an epoxy group, and isocyanate group and an amino group, and (D) 0-300 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the sum of the components (A) and (B), of a reinforcing filler. This composition results in a shaped article having an improved impact resistance while retaining good heat stability and weatherability inherently possessed by the thermoplastic polyester.

    摘要: A polyarylene sulfide resin composition comprising a composition obtainable by the reaction of a polymer composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a composition of 10 to 90 wt. % of a polyarylene sulfide resin and 90 to 10 wt. % of a thermoplastic polyester, 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a polyfunctional oxazoline compound and 0 to 300 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the composition consisting of the polyarylene sulfide resin and thermoplastic polyester, of a filler. The polyarylene sulfide resin composition of the present invention, because of the polyarylene sulfide resin and the thermoplastic polyester having been made compatible with each other, is excellent in the adhesive property of paint film (paintability) and the appearance of the surface without a large reduction in the excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties inherent to the polyarylene sulfide resin.

    摘要: A polyarylene sulfide resin composition comprising a composition obtainable by a reaction of a polymer composition comprising(A) 100 parts by weight of a polyarylene sulfide resin,(B) 0.1 to 40 parts by weight of a monomer having one or more ethylenic unsaturated bonds and(C) 0 to 40 parts by weight of an unsaturated polyester. In the polyarylene sulfide resin composition of the present invention, a polymer produced by polymerization of the monomer or the monomer and unsaturated polyester, as compared with a resin composition wherein said polymer is simply blended, is in a state wherein it is uniformly mixed with the polyarylene sulfide resin and if necessary a filler. In other words, said polymer is uniformly dispersed in and mixed with the polyarylene sulfide resin to such a degree that the composition shows no phase separation even if it is passed through molding processes such as extrusion molding, injection molding, etc. carried out under normal conditions. Futher, the amount of said polymer added to the polyarylene sulfide resin is so proper that an excellent-performance resin composition to which an adhesive property of paint film (paintability) has been given, is obtained without a large reduction in the excellent properties of the polyarylene sulfide resin.

The composition having excellent impact resistance without a large reduction in the properties inherent to a polyarylene sulfide resin.
