Abstract: A magnifying glass captures an image of a tooth by a plurality of cameras for observation. The plurality of cameras includes a narrow range camera capturing a narrow range image of the tooth and a wide range camera capturing a wide range image of the tooth. The magnifying glass includes a three-dimensional position calculator detecting a three-dimensional position of at least the tooth based on the wide range image; a blur correction processor correcting a blur of the narrow range image, based on a change in a three-dimensional positional relationship between the tooth, the three-dimensional position of which has been detected by the three-dimensional position detector, and the narrow range camera; and an image display portion displaying at least the narrow range image having the blur corrected.

Abstract: A three-dimensional scanner for obtaining shape information of an object body includes a light source unit, a varifocal unit, a reference unit, a light path length adjustment unit, an optical sensor, and a control unit. The varifocal unit is able to change a focal position, and both of light from the light source unit to the optical sensor via an object body and light from the light source unit to the optical sensor via the reference unit travel at least once. The control unit determines a condition of varifocal unit based on light has been reflected on reference unit and detected by a part of optical sensor, and calculates the shape information of the object body from light detected by the optical sensor using information of the condition of the varifocal unit that has been determined.

Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes management circuitry that manages three-dimensional data obtained by a scanner in the order of obtaining, display controller circuitry that controls a display to show a three-dimensional image generated from combined data generated by combining a plurality of pieces of three-dimensional data, and input circuitry that accepts an operation by a user. When the input circuitry accepts an operation to select three-dimensional data, the management circuitry sets, from the selected three-dimensional data of last obtained three-dimensional data, data to be deleted. The display controller circuitry controls the display to show a three-dimensional image modified to exclude the data to be deleted.

Abstract: A cap mountable on and detachable from an intraoral scanner including a housing having an opening for connecting to at least a part of the intraoral scanner, a measurement window provided in the housing and located opposite to the opening, and a mirror that reflects light from the measurement window toward the opening. The housing has a longitudinal length shorter than that of a probe defining a depth-of-field, of the intraoral scanner extending from the measurement window to a predetermined extent.
