摘要： An aluminum composite panel, containing an aerogel, includes an aerogel composite using a silica aerogel and a thermoplastic resin. A method for manufacturing the same includes providing an aluminum composite panel containing an aerogel, by molding an aerogel composite from a mixture of 1-90 wt % of a silica aerogel and 10-99 wt % of a thermoplastic resin, and then attaching aluminum plates on an upper surface and a lower surface of the aerogel composite, respectively, while an adhesive resin is coated on the upper surface and the lower surface. The aluminum composite panel containing an aerogel, manufactured according to the present invention, has a lower hygroscopic property than the conventional aluminum composite panel, due to the silica aerogel, and thus has an effect of exhibiting excellent adiabatic property and flame retardancy, retains excellent moldability, is light, and has an effect of facilitating a construction work.

摘要： The present invention relates to a fire resistant paint composition, to a production method for same and to a painting method for a fire resistant paint using same, and, one example of implementation of the present invention can provide a fire resistant paint composition comprising: between 70 and 95 wt. % of a binder; between 1 and 10 wt. % of an aerogel; between 1 and 5 wt. % of a foaming agent; and the remainder of water, and can provide a production method for same and a painting method for a fire resistant paint using same.

摘要： A permeation system for permeating a wetting agent into fabric includes a fabric supply part; a permeation part provided with a permeation device and a height adjustment device; a drying part; and a collecting part for winding the fabric, which has passed through the drying part, around a collecting roll, thereby obtaining functional fabric of uniform quality and increasing productivity of the fabric into which the wetting agent is permeated. A method for manufacturing fabric includes adjusting the height of the permeation paddle contacting the fabric; supplying the fabric; supplying a wetting agent to be permeated into the fabric; rotating the permeation roller and the permeation paddle to permeate the wetting agent into the fabric; drying the fabric into which the wetting agent is permeated; and collecting the fabric.
