    摘要: The invention relates to a solid drill bit for machine tools. The solid drill bit has a drill bit body (10) and two indexable inserts (20, 22) which are arranged at a radial distance from one another in a respective insert seat (16, 18) of the drill bit body (10) in the region of a chip flute (12, 14). The indexable inserts (20, 22) have an essentially quadratic contour. They project with their front-end main cutting edges (30, 34) axially beyond the drill bit body (10) and overlap one another radially in their active region. The radially outer indexable insert (22), with its outer insert corner (36) and with its adjoining secondary cutting edges (38) perpendicular to the relevant main cutting edge (34), projects radially beyond the circumference of the drill bit body. In order to permit burr-free through-drilling, the front-end main cutting edge (34) of the outer insert (22) is subdivided in its longitudinal extent into a radially inner working section (50) and a rectilinear peeling section (52) adjoining said working section (50) on the outside and extending up to the outer insert corner (36), said sections (50 and 52) enclosing a setting angle of 95° to 120° with one another. In the fitted state, the peeling section (52), toward the outer insert corner (36), is accordingly set at a positive setting angle of 72° to 87° relative to the end face of the drill bit body.

The minor cutting edge has a guiding edge that is slidingly supported against the wall of the bore over at least part of its length due to a radially outwardly oriented thrust force.

    摘要: The invention relates to a machine tool for use in tool machines, comprising a cutting element which is preferably configured as a cutting ring and at least two insert seats that are provided in the cutting element at distance to each other in the circumferential direction. The insert seats are fitted with at least one group of at least two identical insert tips that are detachably arranged therein and that have one working edge each, the effective working edges of the insert tips of one group being cut to the same nominal size. The insert tips are configured as indexable inserts, every single indexable insert of a group being associated with a defined insert seat in all possible positions of adjustment, and the indexable inserts of a group having at least two working edges each, one of these edges being always in the effective and at least one other edge being in the ineffective position, depending on the position of the indexable inserts in the associated insert seats. The indexable inserts of a group assume identical positions of adjustment in which defined working edges of every indexable insert of a group have the same orientation in the associated insert seat, the working edges of the indexable inserts of a group being cut to a nominal size in all common positions of adjustment.

    摘要: A cutting insert shapes metallic workpieces by chipping. The cutting insert is especially suited for use in solid drills or double-bit cutters. It has at least one cutting edge which is delimited by a chipping face and a flank extends between two cutting corners. The cutting edge includes two sections which form an obtuse angle and in the area of a roof-shaped tip merge into each other. The chipping face has a raised shaped chipping element which extends from the inside of the chipping face as far as the cutting edge, from where it reaches beyond the roof-shaped tip partially across the two sections of the cutting edge. The cutting edge sections and the adjoining chipping faces include a step delimiting the shaped chipping element, the edges of which step serve as additional cutting edges of the shaped chipping element.

    摘要: The invention relates to a machine tool, particularly a machine reamer, comprising a shaft-type base and a replaceable cutter head which frontally protrudes from the base. An axially protruding extension of said cutter head engages into a frontal receptacle that is fixed to the base, the cutter head being removably clamped in said receptacle by means of a clamping screw which penetrates the replaceable cutter head in a truly axial direction. The screw head of the clamping screw rests against a face of the replaceable cutter head. The extension of the replaceable cutter head is provided with a polygonal part which is complementary to a truly axial polygonal hole that is fixed to the base and is penetrated by the polygonal part. The extension is further provided with an externally conical part which adjoins the polygonal part, engages into a conical hole that is fixed to the base, and is complementary to said conical hole while the clamping screw is screwed into a central internal thread that is fixed to the base. Preferably, the base is equipped with a functional insert which is rigidly connected to the base and contains the internal thread, the polygonal hole, and/or the conical hole.

    摘要: The invention relates to a junction (14) between two components (10, 12) of a tool system that rotates about an axis of rotation (16), especially for use in machine tools. The junction (14) comprises an at least partially conical seat (18), arranged on the first component (10), which is coaxial to the axis of rotation (16) and which is defined by at least one annular front face (20). The second component (12) carries a coupling part (22) which comprises a coupling pin (24) having a conical surface (32) that is complementary to the conical seat (18) and an annular end face (26) pointing towards the annular front face (20) and, in the coupled state, resting against the same. A tie bolt (36) axially projects beyond the free end of the coupling pin (24) and engages, in the coupled state, in a cavity (38) that is adjacent to the seat (18). The junction also has tensioning means that can be actuated from the exterior for mutually bracing the components (10, 12). Said tensioning means comprise two tensioning elements (44′, 44″) which are radially guided in the first component (10), act upon the tie bolt (36) and are functionally linked with joint actuating means (50) by which they can be adjusted between a detached position and a tensioned position. According to the invention, the tensioning elements are provided with ejection portions (60) that can be fitted with at least one rotatably received rolling element (62).
