摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing an organic thin film transistor (OTFT). The method comprises forming all components in the OTFT including electrodes, an insulating layer, and an organic layer using laser printing. The laser printing allows formation of a fine pattern by selectively scattering toner only on a portion of a substrate irradiated by a laser beam while eliminating the need for a separate drying process by fixing the toner to the substrate using a fixing roller.

摘要: The claimed invention is directed to a flat panel display having R, G, and B unit pixels. At least one of the R, G, and B unit pixels includes at least two or more transistors, each having source and drain regions. At least one drain region in the source/drain regions of at least one transistor in the transistors has a resistance value different from a resistance value of at least a drain region of the other transistor. The difference in resistance values may be accomplished by doping each drain region with a different concentration of dopant or by shaping each drain region differently.

摘要: An organic light emitting display device including a flexible substrate and a plurality of thin film transistors (TFTs) formed on the substrate. The plurality of TFTs formed on the substrate include a pixel transistor for driving a pixel and a driver circuit transistor for driving a driver circuit, and a longitudinal direction of a channel region of the pixel transistor makes a first predetermined angle with a direction in which the substrate is bent. As such, it is possible to minimize a change in the electrical property of the TFTs formed on the flexible substrate and to thus reduce a change in the amount of current that flows in the channels of the TFTs.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a flash memory device, wherein according to one embodiment, when a high dielectric material is formed by a remote plasma atomic layer deposition method, first and second dielectric layers are formed by one process at the same time using silicate as the first dielectric layer and the high dielectric layer formed on the silicate as the second dielectric layer. Accordingly, cost can be saved since the process is shortened, a film quality better than that of the existing dielectric layer structure can be obtained, and a film with improved step coverage can be formed. Furthermore, capacitance and insulating breakdown voltage can be increased by using silicate having a high dielectric constant and a high dielectric layer.
