摘要: The present disclosure relates to a robot mechanism for nondestructive aging evaluation of a cable. The robot mechanism includes at least two inspection modules, and a coupler disposed between the at least two inspection modules and connected to each of the inspection modules to adjust a separation between the inspection modules. Each of the inspection modules approaches a cable and automatically inspects an aged state of the cable. The robot mechanism automatically measures an aged state of a cable in a nondestructive manner and establishes a database of cable aging, so that normal operation of the cable can be ensured through stable management of the cable by evaluating a replacement time and the aged state of the cable based on the database.

摘要: A robot mechanism adopts a dry cleaning method to clean the surface of live-line insulators without: using water and can perform cleaning and inspection of the surface of the live-line insulators while automatically moving along an insulator string. The robot mechanism includes a main unit having upper and lower wing frames connected with each other by a connecting bracket to surround the insulator string, a cleaning unit disposed between the upper and lower wing frames and including a base frame to perform dry cleaning with a rotational brush and a CM guide, a lift unit including a clamp and a ball-bearing screw to move the main unit up or down, and an inspection unit to electrically inspect the insulators; and a coupling unit to couple a pair of the main units to allow the pair of main units to move along a tension insulator string or a suspension insulator string.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for decoding a video signal, comprising: obtaining adaptive transform size flag information for a 1st coding unit, the adaptive transform size flag information indicating whether a coding unit is partitioned in to coding units each of which has a half size in horizontal and vertical directions; obtaining adaptive transform size flag information for each 2nd coding unit, if the adaptive transform size flag information of a 1st coding unit is true, the 2nd coding unit indicating a sub-block included in the 1st coding unit; determining a size of a transform unit based on the adaptive transform size flag information; wherein the adaptive transform size flag information is obtained based on a size of a current transform unit, a minimum transform size, and a maximum transform size.

摘要: Disclosed are a method for setting a motion vector list and an apparatus using the same. The method for setting the motion vector list and the apparatus using the same may include the steps of: determining the presence of a first motion vector or a second motion vector by a sequential determination process in a first spatial candidate prediction group; and setting the first motion vector or the second motion vector produced through the sequential determination process as the candidate prediction motion vector. Thus, the encoding/decoding time and the complexity can be reduced by restricting the scaling number in a process for scanning the candidate prediction motion vector.

摘要: The present invention relates to an image information encoding and decoding method and a device for same. One embodiment of an image information encoding method according to the present invention, as an image information encoding method according to another embodiment of the present invention, includes the steps of: generating a restore block; applying a deblocking filter on the restore block; applying a Sample Adaptive Offset (SAO) on the restore block having the deblocking filter applied thereon; and transmitting information on the SAO application. During the applying of the SAO, the SAO is applied to chroma pixels, and during the transmitting of the information, in addition to information on whether the SAO is applied on the chroma pixels, at least one of area information, division information on the SAO coverage area, SAO type information, and SAO offset information is transmitted.
