Abstract: A system and method for determining and labeling any one or more components of digital content forming a session work product determined during the session of operation of a computing system by a person/operator. The person provides one or more informational contributions during the session of operation as sensed or determined by one or more input devices in communication with the computing system. The labeling is based at least in part upon correlating any of the informational contributions with any one or more minimal content objects comprising a component of digital content. Informational contributions comprise any one of or any combination of the person's authenticated identity, presence, liveness, and/or behaviors made substantially congruent or concurrent with the receiving of digital information comprising either of minimal content objects or application commands by the computing system.

Abstract: A physical-virtual gaming system comprising a game board including a multiplicity of physical locations, a game overlay including a multiplicity of logical locations, and game pieces for moving throughout the logical locations. The system tracks the physical locations of the game pieces and translates these physical locations into the logical locations using pre-known physical-to-logical location mapping information. Game boards, game overlays and game pieces can be individualized with their own unique identifiers. As game pieces are moved, a game database comprising at least current game piece locations and the game state are maintained. Based at least in part upon the current game piece locations and game state the system provides actions including outputting any of virtual content and information on any of a shared or private computing device running a game app. Actions also include causing changes to game devices including wearables.

Abstract: The present invention relates to apparatus and methods for transducing (“digitizing”) the physical play and mechanics of card games to generate digital information at least comprising the current and on-going state of a given game. Further apparatus and methods are provided for implementing real-time game functions (“virtual extension”) using at least in part the on-going game state digital information, where functions include situational game instruction and advice, rule execution, game streaming, remote competition, game card valuation and acquisition advice and marketplace support, as well as game, player, and card histories for sale as NFTs. At least some transducing apparatus and methods are also applicable to board games, or the combination of board games and card games.

Abstract: System and methods for providing simultaneous public and private audio-video integrated with an interactive board game, where a private viewer looking through an eye filter perceives the private video while a public viewer not looking through an eye filter perceives the public video all responsive to playing the interactive board game. Means for providing private audio simultaneous with the private video are also shown. The audio-video is selectively provided during game play based at least upon the tracked game state of the interactive board game. The video output component of the system can be implemented as either a display or a projector.

Abstract: A system and method for allowing a person to self-access a secure premises, where the access process includes authenticating during self-access personal information comprising one or more biometrics, but where no personal information including the biometrics is shared with the premises. The premises issues to the person a control app with an app ID for use on a mobile device. The person pre-registers personal information including one or more biometrics with the control app prior to attempting access such that the app has means for authenticating the person. The premises comprises one or more access control points that communicate with the control app to both confirm that the app has a valid app ID and to confirm that the validated app has conducted personal authentication of the person by requesting one or more confirmation biometrics for sufficient matching with the one or more registration biometrics prior to allowing self-access.

Abstract: An interactive gaming system comprising a multiplicity of game access points used by guests to engage with an on-going destination game. Game access points comprise traditional destination activities as well as additional game parts. Gaming guests carry one or more electronic means and are tracked throughout the destination locations and activities. At least one electronic means comprises a visual display for receiving requested directions or a system summons to a game access point. The electronic means comprises a direct view lens system such that the guest looks directly through the electronic means to a destination map or destination scene, where directions are overlaid onto the direct view and registered to the map or scene. The mobile device further comprises a front view camera for capturing images of the guest's direct view of a destination game part, where the image is used as actionable game information.

Abstract: A physical-virtual gaming platform comprising a game board overlay including logical locations for the placement of game pieces, where the overlay is placed in relationship to the combination of a game board and game pieces. The combination of the game board and game pieces include electronic means that are in communication with a computing device. The computing device processes the information provided by the electronic means to determine the logical location of a game piece with respect to the game overlay and then provides a sensory output to gamers based at least upon the determined locations. The game overlay can be active and in communication with the computing device such that the overlay is operated to alter one or more logical locations thereby changing game play in response to determined game piece movements. The platform includes visualization and audio devices for providing customized visual and audio experiences.

Abstract: System and methods for increasing the engagement of a guest with experiences provided at a destination using an interactive gaming system controllably operating a multiplicity of game access points. Game access points scan an individual guest passing through a detection zone to determine the amount and use of themed products such as clothing being worn, or themed articles and devices being carried (where devices include active glasses for use in selectively revealing secret messages). Scanning comprises wireless electronic means such as RFID tags embedded in clothing, articles, and devices, and image processing of images. The combination of sensing methods confirms both presence and current used (e.g., currently “being worn or carried.”) Guest may pre-associate with “themed personas” where scanning is indicative of one or more personas and used to change the guest's destination experience accordingly. The system encourages the purchase and wearing of destination products as advantageous to gaming goals.

Abstract: A system for providing gamification of a destination such as a theme park where guests use a venue app with an optional electronic ticket that allows for both self-serve access into the destination and tracking of individual guests throughout various access points. An extended range ID such as an RFID is provided to the guest either in the electronic ticket or in a wearable. Using combinations of RFID readers, pressure sensors and cameras the system tracks guests down the ride seat and tracks the movements of guided, free-floating and free-ranging vehicles. Using the combination of guest and vehicle tracking information along with information provided by a destination gaming system, the destination guest experience is customized including various effects for rides and attractions. Spot cameras are placed at tracked locations such as rides seats, where images are captured in response to either external triggers generated by the system or guest indications.
