    摘要： A conventional liquid spray gun having a compressed air supply equipped with a liquid, e.g. paint, container for supplying the liquid to be sprayed onto a target surface. The container has a closed bottom, an open top and a cylindrical sidewall. A removable cover is attached over the open top of the container, and the cover has a pair of apertures extending through it, one of which holds a proximal end of a rigid tube whose distal end extends to a point close to the container's bottom. Slidingly mounted on the rigid tube is a generally circular, movable plunger whose periphery engages the cylindrical sidewall of the container. Pressurized air injected through the second aperture in the cover forces the plunger against the liquid's surface and causes the liquid to flow through the lumen of the rigid tube to the liquid inlet port of the spray gun.

In one exemplary embodiment, a texture spraying system is provided and includes a spraying device, an air source configured to provide pressurized air to the spraying device, and a texture material source configured to provide texture material to the spraying device. The system also includes a nozzle mounted proximate an output of the spraying device. The nozzle receives a flow of air and a flow of texture material. The nozzle includes a pin positioned in the airflow and is configured to produce a spray pattern that is substantially rectangular.

A priming piston and priming valve are affixed to the lower end of the priming piston rod, the priming piston being slidable over a limited range of movement along the priming piston rod and having a central opening with a beveled valve seat. The priming valve forms a conical valve surface which is engageable against the priming piston valve seat to provide a controllable flow path through the center opening of the priming piston.

    摘要： The present disclosure generally relates to a turbine for a fluid delivery system and more specifically, but not by limitation, to a portable air turbine for a fluid delivery system having improved sound reduction. In one exemplary embodiment, a portable turbine apparatus is provided and includes a motor and a turbine configured to be driven by the motor for providing pressurized air to an outlet. A first inlet airflow path delivers air to the motor. A first silencer component having sound absorptive material is positioned along the first inlet airflow path and includes at least one orifice formed therethrough for the first inlet airflow path, the at least one orifice having a cross-sectional area of at least 0.01 square inches. A second inlet airflow path delivers air to the turbine. A second silencer component having sound absorptive material is positioned along the second inlet airflow path and includes at least one orifice formed therethrough for the second inlet airflow path, the at least one orifice having a cross-sectional area of at least 0.01 square inches.
