An apparatus and method of controlling instruction execution in the apparatus with a precise temporal execution arrangement. The apparatus may be a processor or microprocessor capable of executing a function specific wait state that is dependant upon a type specified by an instruction field. The processor includes a reference clock counter that maintains the wait count, an instruction parser that strips the wait type and count from instructions and passes the stripped information to a comparator. The comparator compares the stripped information against the wait count. The wait types include: a relative timestamp type indicating execution at some time subsequent to the present cycle; a direct timestamp type indicating an absolute time for execution; and a timestamp range indicating a time period when execution is valid.

Methods, systems, and apparatus for an intelligent environmental drone are described. The aeronautical drone includes an environmental condition generator. A camera system is configured to capture an image of an environment near the aeronautical drone and an image and sensor processing module is configured to identify a target entity by processing the image captured by the camera system. A tracking and guidance module is configured to track the target entity and determine a location for the aeronautical drone to create a generated condition area of a specified size and location and to position the generated condition area around the target entity.

The intelligent protective drone comprises an environmental protective shield that provides protection from environmental elements. An image of an environment near the aeronautical drone is captured and processed to identify a target entity. A geographical location of an effective protective area provided by the environmental protective shield is identified and a location for the aeronautical drone is determined that places the target entity within the effective protective area.

Abstract:
A packet communications system provides for point-to-point packet routing and multicast packet routing to limited subsets of nodes in the network, using a routing field in the packet header which is processed according to two different protocols. A third protocol is provided in which a packet can be multicast to the limited subset even when launched from a node which is not a member of the subset. The routing field includes a first portion which contains the route labels necessary to deliver the packet to the multicast subset. A second portion of the routing field contains the multicast subset identifier which can then be used to deliver the packet to all of the members of the multicast subset. Provision is made to backtrack deliver the packet to the last node identified before the multicast subset if that last node is itself a member of the subset.
