    摘要: An integrated circuit (IC) includes a high voltage first-conductivity type field effect transistor (HV-first-conductivity FET) and a high voltage second-type field effect transistor (HV-second-conductivity FET). The HV first-conductivity FET has a second-conductivity-well and a field oxide formed over the second-conductivity-well to define an active area. A first-conductivity-well is formed in at least a portion of the active area, wherein the first-conductivity-well is formed to have the capability to operate as a first-conductivity-drift portion of the HV-first-conductivity FET. The HV second-conductivity FET has a first-conductivity-well and a field oxide formed over the first-conductivity-well to define an active area. A channel stop region is formed in at least a portion of the active area, wherein the channel stop region is formed to have the capability to operate as second-conductivity-drift portions of the HV-second-conductivity FET.

The heat source is perpendicularly aligned with a flame filter via a main body. The flame filter includes an elongated chamber having an open front end, an open second end, and an aperture along the central portion. A non-combustible filter material is positioned within the elongated chamber and spans the central aperture. Ambient air is drawn through the open first end, across the filter material where it absorbs heat, and leaves the second end as super-heated air.

    摘要: Electrodes, methods, and devices are provided for incapacitating or immobilizing a target. More particularly, the electrodes, methods, and devices disclosed provide for a reduced spacing between equipotentials near an electrode and reduced localized cellular damage created by an electrical exposure from an electrode. In one exemplary embodiment, an electrode is configured to be approximately flat, which in turn, at least, creates a greater surface area and thus reduces spacing between equipotentials. In another exemplary embodiment, an electrode is configured to include a curvature, which in turn, at least, allows the electrode to intent or dimple the skin less than in current conventional designs. Devices incorporating these electrodes are also provided, as are various techniques both for manufacturing such devices and for incapacitating a target.

A billing plan associated with an authenticated caller identity of a caller using an origin device is accessed by a vendor order center during a call placed to the vendor order center. At least one account provider is specified in the billing plan. A selection of one from among multiple account providers is specified for the order. The caller then authorizes the order and a bill for the order is transferred according to the authenticated caller identifier and the authorization for the account provider selection, such that the vendor order center is enabled to bill for the order with limited authenticated account information.

    摘要: A power supply for LED airfield lighting includes a regulated power supply having a power input, an LED control signal input, and a power output. The power input is configured to be connected to a power source, the LED control signal input is configured to receive an LED control signal, the power output is configured to supply an LED drive current to one or more of the LEDs, and the regulated power supply configured to adjust the LED drive current based upon the LED control signal. The regulated power supply also includes a processor having a current sense input and an LED control signal output connected to the LED control signal input of the regulated power supply. The current sense input is configured to receive a signal corresponding to an airfield current step. The processor is programmed to determine the LED control signal based upon the current sense input signal. The LED control signal is determined so as to enable the LEDs to have a relative intensity approximately equal to relative intensity of an incandescent light source driven at the airfield current step.
