    摘要: Continuous process for the skeletal isomerization of n-olefins containing at the most 20 carbon atoms, in the presence of a catalyst essentially constituted by alumina and titanium, in which a charge containing the said n-olefins is made to flow through at least one fluidized bed reaction zone, the catalyst flowing into each reaction zone. The catalyst drawn off from the final reaction zone is passed into a regeneration zone, at the outlet of which it is passed into a zone where it undergoes a steam treatment prior to its reintroduction into the first reaction zone. The process is performed in the presence of steam, so that the catalyst is in contact with 3 to 85 wt. % (based on the catalyst weight) of steam. The water/olefin charge molar ratio in the reaction zone is between 0.1 and 3.

    摘要: An enclosure in which there circulates a moving bed of solid particles (for example a moving-bed catalytic reactor such as a reforming reactor), is delimited in the enclosure by at least one grill. In the enclosure a fluid passes through the bed in a direction different from that of the flow of the assembly of the particles and issues from the bed by way of at least one grill. Disposed in the thickness of said bed in an intermediate wall (grill) such as to distribute the thrust forces produced by the fluid on the particles in the zones of the bed which are delimited in that way. Jamming of the particles against the grill or grills is greatly reduced and the admissible fluid flow rate is then decreased.

    摘要: The invention concerns a regeneration process and the corresponding apparatus for regeneration of a reforming catalyst, the reforming operation being carried out in at least two reactors in series, through which the catalyst and the charge successively flow, the pressure in the first reactor through which the catalyst and the charge pass being under a pressure of between 3 and 8 bars.The regeneration process is characterized in that the exhausted catalyst successively meets a first radial moving bed combustion zone 101, a second radial moving bed combustion zone 105, an axial oxychlorination moving bed zone 107 and an axial calcination moving bed zone 116, and that in the combustion zones the catalyst is treated under a pressure substantially equal to that which obtains in said first reactor, the burning gases are discharged from the second burning zone and are passed to a washing loop after having been previously mixed with the gases withdrawn from the oxychlorination zone and the calcination zone, that in the oxychlorination zone the catalyst is treated in co-flow relationship by a mixture of a gas from the calcination zone and a gas based on a chlorinated compound, and that in the calcination zone the catalyst is treated in counter-flow relationship by at least a part of the gases from the washing loop.
