    摘要: The invention concerns a regeneration process and the corresponding apparatus for regeneration of a reforming catalyst, the reforming operation being carried out in at least two reactors in series, through which the catalyst and the charge successively flow, the pressure in the first reactor through which the catalyst and the charge pass being under a pressure of between 3 and 8 bars.The regeneration process is characterized in that the exhausted catalyst successively meets a first radial moving bed combustion zone 101, a second radial moving bed combustion zone 105, an axial oxychlorination moving bed zone 107 and an axial calcination moving bed zone 116, and that in the combustion zones the catalyst is treated under a pressure substantially equal to that which obtains in said first reactor, the burning gases are discharged from the second burning zone and are passed to a washing loop after having been previously mixed with the gases withdrawn from the oxychlorination zone and the calcination zone, that in the oxychlorination zone the catalyst is treated in co-flow relationship by a mixture of a gas from the calcination zone and a gas based on a chlorinated compound, and that in the calcination zone the catalyst is treated in counter-flow relationship by at least a part of the gases from the washing loop.

    摘要: The invention concerns a process and an apparatus for performing chemical reactions under pressure in the presence of a solid catalyst in a multi-stage reaction zone, after external intermediary thermal conditioning. This process may be used for the synthesis of ammonia or methanol or for gasoline reforming. It is characterized in that at least one reaction fluid is introduced into at least one compartment, a first reaction effluent is recovered, a heat exchange takes place, outside the reaction zone, between a first effluent and an external heat exchange medium, then the first effluent is introduced into at least one subsequent compartment and a second reaction effluent is recovered from the subsequent compartment. The reaction fluid or reaction effluent circulates cross-wise in the compartments substantially perpendicularly to the reaction zone, the compartments being tight and of elongate shape, each compartment being adjacent to one or two other compartments, each group of two adjacent compartments comprising a common partition wall, either substantially parallel to generatrix or substantially oblique with respect thereto.

    摘要: The invention concerns a process for regenerating a hydrocarbon hydroconversion catalyst containing a carrier, at least one group VIII noble metal and a halogen or halogenated compound.It is characterized by an operation in two regeneration zones (1) and (2). The gas effluent from the first regeneration zone (1) is used to feed the second regeneration zone. During the step of burning coke deposited onto the catalyst in the first zone, the heat amount generated during the combustion is used for preheating the feed of said first zone. The temperature of the effluent of said first zone is reduced, through said exchanger, to a value adapted to perform the burning step in the second zone. Additional air is supplied before introducing the gas into said second zone (2) in order to obtain a suitable oxygen concentration.
