摘要: The invention provides a system and method for acquiring, normalizing, indexing and storing information related to RSS feeds and their constituent content items in a searchable database. In some embodiments, the invention includes an application that accesses electronic feed documents for a plurality of RSS feeds to ascertain information regarding the feed and content items within the feed. The information is then parsed to identify characteristics of the feeds and their content items. The characteristics of the feeds and content items can then be stored in a common format in a database. This enables, inter alia, creation of custom feeds by utilizing the normalized feed data.

摘要: A system, method and program product having at least one subscriber subscribing to topics from one or more data sources. The number of subscriptions for each data source are registered in a table in real time. Upon detecting subscription activity, a matching routine compares the number of subscriptions registered for the available data source with a predetermined value, and if the number of subscribers exceeds the predetermined value a data source process corresponding to the data source will be started, and messages from the data source will be sent to the data source subscriber/s, otherwise, the data source provider will be stopped and not longer send messages.

摘要: There is provided a system and method for providing an ordered arrangement of data items pertaining to contacts. The order of the arrangement may be determined based on a comparison of ranks of the contacts. An exemplary method comprises registering communications between the user and the contacts. The communications may include active communications originating from the user and terminating at a contact and passive communications originating from a contact and terminating at the user. The exemplary method also comprises determining a rank of a contact based on a comparison of occurrences of the active and the passive communications between the user and the contact.

摘要: The invention discloses nearly 300 novel phosphorylation sites identified in signal transduction proteins and pathways underlying human ATM/ATR kinase signaling pathways, and provides phosphorylation-site specific antibodies and heavy-isotope labeled peptides (AQUA peptides) for the selective detection, profiling and quantification of these phosphorylated sites/proteins, as well as methods of using the reagents for such purpose. Among the phosphorylation sites identified are sites occurring in the following protein types: DNA repair proteins, Adaptor/Scaffold proteins, Cell cycle regulation proteins, G Protein/GTPase Activating/Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor proteins, DNA binding proteins, DNA replication proteins, Kinases, Disease associated proteins proteins, Methyltransferase, Ubiquitin conjugating proteins, Proteases, Phosphatases, and Transcription proteins.
