PS85A1, or mutants thereof. Specifically disclosed is an asporogenous mutant designated B.t. PS85A1-168. The spores or crystals of B.t. PS85A1, or the crystals of B.t. PS85A1-168, are useful to control lepidopteran pests in various environments.
