The method includes setting, in an Instant Messaging Application Server (IM-AS), an MRT representing rule of the IM for a user; when the IM-AS receives an IM from the user, the IM-AS determines, according to the MRT representing rule of the IM, whether an MRT is to be represented for a receiver of the IM, selects an MRT to be represented from MRT resources of the user when the MRT needs to be represented, and sends address information of the MRT to be represented in a Resource Server (RS) along with the IM to the IM receiver; and the IM receiver downloads the MRT from the RS according to the address information and represents the MRT. The disclosure also provides a system for implementing the above method. The disclosure meets a personalized demand for representing an MRT when a user sends an IM.

    摘要: For realizing priority policy processing with complex preference in color ring-back tone service, a system for preference processing of multimedia resources in color ring-back tone service is provided by the invention, which comprises: a multimedia color ring-back tone Customized Multimedia Ringing (CMR) Server, which determines the resources which need to be presented based on a priority policy and presents the resources; and a CMR User Interface Unit, which is connected to the CMR Server. A user inquires and sets a priority policy by the CMR User Interface Unit. Moreover, a method and an apparatus for preference processing of multimedia resources in color ring-back tone service are provided by the invention. By implementing the system, method and apparatus of the invention, a user can inquire and set a priority policy corresponding to complex preference, thus the system is enabled to determine the highest priority policy under specified conditions, so as to present preference resources set by users.

    摘要: The invention relates to the atomistic functional understanding of the M2 protein from the influenza A virus. This acid-activated selective proton channel has been the subject of numerous conductance, structural, and computational studies. Previously, little was known at the atomic level about the heart of the functional mechanism of this tetrameric protein, a tetrad of HxxxW residues. The structure of the M2 conductance domain in a lipid bilayer is disclosed and displays the defining features of the native protein that have not been attainable from structures solubilized by detergents. A detailed mechanism for acid activation and proton conductance, involving a strong hydrogen bond between two adjacent histidines and specific interactions with the tryptophan gate, is provided and elucidates many observations on the M2 proton conductance.
