    摘要: A memory array used in the field of semiconductor technology includes a plurality of memory cells, bit lines, word lines perpendicular to the bit lines, and first/second control lines. The memory array uses split-gate memory cells, wherein two memory bit cells of a memory cell share one word line, thereby the read, program and erase of the memory cell can be realized by applying different voltages to the word line, two control gates and source/drain regions; the word line sharing structure enables a split-gate flash memory to effectively reduce the chip area and avoid over-erase problems while maintaining electrical isolation performance of the chip unchanged and not increasing the complexity of the process.

    摘要: A panel assembly for reflecting and shielding rays of a light source, includes a panel, a light-reflecting member attached to the panel, and a light-shielding board received in the light-reflecting member. The panel includes a base and a bent plate perpendicular to the base. A light-pervious board is disposed on the panel. The light-reflecting member defines an opening opposite to the light pervious mechanism, for reflecting some rays on the light-pervious mechanism through the opening. Wherein the light-shielding board is manipulated to move along a direction vertical to the light-reflecting member. When the light-shielding board is positioned in an upper position, the opening of the light-reflecting member is exposed to allow rays through the light-pervious board. When the light-shielding board is positioned in a lower position, the opening of the light-reflecting member is covered, and no rays are reflected to the light-pervious board.

    摘要: A method and system for assessing keyword usage based on frequency of usage of the keywords during various periods is provided. A keyword usage measurement system is provided with the frequency of keywords during various periods. The measurement system then calculates a recent usage score for a keyword by combining a frequency impulse score for the keyword with a frequency weight for the keyword. The frequency impulse score for a keyword indicates whether a recent change in the frequency of the keyword has occurred. The frequency weight for a keyword indicates a recent measure of the frequency of the keyword.
