    摘要: A scroll type fluid machine having a rotation-preventing member extending between at least one of a fixed scroll and a housing which form a non-orbiting part and a movable scroll and preventing rotation of the movable scroll, and also having a mechanism for making the rotation-preventing member movable, the mechanism being provided to the rotation-preventing member for permitting a movement of the rotation-preventing member itself which movement is required for the rotation-preventing member to permit an orbital movement of the movable scroll. The scroll type fluid machine, with the rotation-preventing mechanism for the movable scroll, can be easily assembled into a target assembly condition, and can be formed to be small-sized and light-weighted.

In the scroll fluid machine, a fixed scroll, the spiral body of which has been vertically disposed on one end surface of an endplate, and a movable scroll, the spiral body of which has been vertically disposed on one end surface of the endplate, are arranged eccentrically to and out of phase with each other such that the spiral bodies engage with each other and the movable scroll turns relative to the fixed scroll. The scroll fluid machine is characterized by being provided with a rotation prevention mechanism comprising a movable-side pin that protrudes from the other surface of the endplate of the movable scroll, a fixed-side pin that protrudes from the housing side towards the other surface of the endplate of the movable scroll, and a rotation prevention member held from both sides by the movable-side pin and the fixed-side pin.

Each of the radii of the outer peripheral and the inner peripheral portions is approximate to and greater than the radius of the ball. The races are attached to a front housing (10b) and a movable scroll member (20) which carries out orbital motion along a predetermined orbit with respect to the front housing.     摘要: A scroll-type fluid displacement apparatus includes a pair of scrolls having a circular end plate and a spiral wrap extending from an axial end surface of the circular end plate. A pair of scrolls is maintained at an angular and radial offset to make a plurality of line contacts between the spiral curved surfaces, which define fluid pockets. A driving mechanism is operatively connected to one of the scrolls to effect relative orbital motion with respect to the other scrolls to thereby change the volume of the fluid pockets. The spiral element of each scroll member has a stepped cross-section. As a result, the mechanical strength of the spiral elements of the scroll member of the fluid displacement apparatus is increased and the fluid displacement apparatus has increased durability and efficiency.

    摘要: A thermal transfer type printing apparatus comprises a paper feeding mechanism, an ink ribbon traversing over a printing paper, a thermal printing head, a head moving mechanism, and a control circuit. The ink ribbon is divided into at least three colors in a width direction thereof and has first through third ink parts extending in a longitudinal direction thereof. The thermal printing head is arranged at such a location that the ink ribbon is interposed between the head and the printing paper. The head comprises first through third heating element groups respectively opposing the first through third ink parts of the ink ribbon, and the first through third heating element groups each has at least one heating element which is selectively heated depending on a color information signal which is indicative of a color picture or the like which is to be printed. The first through third heating element groups simultaneously print a plurality of different lines by use of the ink coated on the first through third ink parts. The operations of the paper feeding mechanism and the head moving mechanism are controlled by the control circuit.

    摘要: A swash plate-type, variable displacement compressor according to the present invention has a structure wherein the shoe holding portion of the piston sandwiches the swash plate from inside. The swash plate is connected to the rotor by a pin which extends in a direction tangential to a surface of a virtual cylinder around an axis of the drive shaft so as to be capable of swinging with respect to the pin. Especially, the position of the pin in the axial direction of the drive shaft is selected, so that a piston top clearance of a piston which is in a top dead center position becomes zero. By this configuration, the piston top clearance of all the pistons may be maintained at zero for all oblique angles of the swash plate. As a result, for any oblique angle, the volumetric efficiency of the compressor may be improved.

The adjacent compression spaces are different from each other in pressure when the scroll compressor is driven. A piston valve (33) is disposed in the hole and controls communication between the adjacent compression space through the hole. The compression spaces are movable with volumes reduced by movement of the movable scroll member.

An orbiting scroll has a circular end plate from which a spiral element extends and a pair of parallel grooves formed on the circular end plate. An Oldham coupling mechanism is disposed between the fixed scroll and the housing and includes a ring and a supporting member fixedly secured to the housing. The supporting member has a pair of parallel grooves formed on one end surface thereof. The ring has a pair of first parallel key portions and a pair of second parallel key potions. The second key portions are axially offset from the first key portions. The first key portions engage the grooves of the circular end plate of the orbiting scroll while the second key portions engage the grooves of the supporting means.
