    摘要: A CNC device 10 and servoamplifiers SA1, SA2 are connected in the manner of a daisy-chain. The positions of the servo motors M1, M2 detected by pulse coders P1, P2 are read in synchronization at the same point in time. In such circumstances, the synchronizing signal for the command to read the positions is propagated from the CNC device 10 to the servoamplifiers SA1, SA2 by means of transmission lines L1, L2. Propagation delay is generated, but synchronization is achieved by correcting this propagation delay time, so that the positions of the servo motors M1, M2 are detected at the same point in time.

    摘要: Interactive data processing unit which is located at a distance from an FA control unit and capable of direct access to a memory in the FA control unit. When an access request to a memory (3) in a CNC (30) is issued by a device in an MMC (20), a remote access control means (1) outputs the access request to the CNC (30). Upon reception of the access request, an internal data input/output means (2) in the CNC (30) makes access to the requested address by performing a direct memory access (DMA) operation to the memory (3). It writes the data into the memory when the access request is a write-request. On the other hand, when the access request is a read-request, the internal data input/output means (2) outputs the data to the MMC (20). The remote access control means (1) in the MMC (20) receives the data and forwards it to the device which issued the access request. The MMC (20) thereby makes access directly to the memory (3) in the CNC (30).

    摘要: A robot control device includes an operation mode change-over switch for switching between a first operation mode for prohibiting an operator from approaching a predetermined area around a robot when power is supplied to a drive motor for driving the robot and a second operation mode for allowing the operator to approach the predetermined area around the robot even when power is supplied to the drive motor, and an electromagnetic contactor for switching the connection and disconnection of the power supply line to the drive motor. The robot can be stopped in case of emergency by using the electromagnetic contactor to disconnect the power supply line. The apparatus further includes an emergency stop control unit. The emergency stop control unit issues a disconnection command to the electromagnetic contactor, when the switching between the first and second operation modes is sensed, and automatically confirms whether or not the power supply line is disconnected.

    摘要: When the emergency stop button on the teaching pendant is pressed, the packet generating circuits 1 and 2 each prepare packet data relating to emergency stopping, and transmit this data to the robot control part by wireless communications via the transmission data switching circuit. Besides data indicating the need or lack of need for emergency stopping, a header or the like designating the packet receiving circuit to which the transmission is addressed is added to the packet data. The respective packet receiving circuits of the robot control part receive the respective sets of packet data in accordance with the designations of the headers. When the emergency stop button is pressed, emergency stop signals are output to a plurality of emergency stop control circuits from the respective packet receiving circuits immediately afterward, and a plurality of contacts connected in series are placed in a non-conductive state, so that the supply of motive force to the servo amplifiers is cut off, thus causing the robot to make an emergency stop.

    摘要: Method is provided for calculating a matrix by using a vector computer with at least one vector processor and a plurality of memory banks. The method controls procedure of the calculation so that the memory banks may be accessed in a constant stride. Furthermore, the method can be applied to vector computers having various queue length and the number of the memory banks. As a result, rapid operation can be made compared to the existing method. In addition, without further outlay, other dependencies than the known 5-point stencil or 7-point stencil can be taken into account.

    摘要: In an evaluation system for evaluating a target board produced for use with a microprocessor, an evaluation microcomputer is connected between the target board and an evaluation tool. In the evaluation microcomputer: an emulation circuit emulates functions of the microprocessor, and supplies an emulation result to the evaluation tool through an interface circuit; the interface circuit interfaces the emulation circuit with the evaluation tool; and a data storing circuit stores data relating to the microprocessor. The emulation circuit and the interface circuit are powered by the target board, and the data storing circuit is powered by the evaluation tool. Alternatively, when the interface circuit further has the function of the data storing circuit, the interface circuit is powered by the evaluation tool.
