    摘要: A passively powered element with multiple energy harvesting and communication channels is described. The passively powered element may include a number of antennae tuned to transmit and to receive radio frequency (RF) signals at multiple different frequencies. The passively powered element may further include a number of rectifiers, each coupled to a distinct one of the antennae, to convert energy of the RF signals into direct current (DC) power and to receive data in the RF signals. An electronic device is coupled to the rectifiers to receive the DC power and the data from the rectifiers.

    摘要: An apparatus for controlling switching transients including a bus interface unit and a waveform shaper coupled to the bus interface unit and a peripheral device. The bus interface unit generates a number of control signals defining the beginning and end of an operation, where each control signal includes a transition from a first value to a second value over a period of time. The bus interface unit selects a critical control signal defined as the last control signal to start the operation and/or the first control signal to end the operation. The waveform shaper receives the selected control signal and modifies the control signal by increasing the period of time of the transition. The modified control signal is received by the peripheral device and a switching transient in the peripheral device is controlled.

The method including monitoring, using a controller, a system bus for a processing demand in a processing system, the processing system comprising the system bus and a system processor, wherein the processing system operates at a first one or more voltages and a first one or more clock frequencies phase-locked to a reference frequency, wherein the controller is a different component than the system processor. The method further including generating a second one or more clock frequencies in response to the processing demand, the second one or more clock frequencies phase-locked to the reference frequency and phase-matched to the first one or more clock frequencies; and switching from the first one or more clock frequencies to the second one or more clock frequencies without halting the processing system.
