    摘要: The invention relates to a telecommunications network configured for providing access to a plurality of terminals is proposed and a method therefore. Each terminal comprises a unique identifier for accessing the telecommunications network. The telecommunications network comprises a register, an access request receiver and an access module. The register is configured for storing the unique identifier of at least one terminal in combination with at least one grant access time interval, or an equivalent thereof, during which access for the terminal is permitted. The access request receiver is configured for receiving the access request and the unique identifier for accessing the telecommunications network from the terminal. The access module is configured for denying access for the terminal if the access request is received outside the time interval, or the equivalent thereof.

    摘要: An infrastructure and method for controlling wireless access to a telecommunications infrastructure for a device includes a first access grant time interval applicable for granting access for the device to the telecommunications infrastructure stored in a device register system. The first access grant time interval is applied when the device requests access to the telecommunications infrastructure via a first network node of the telecommunications infrastructure. However, a second access grant time interval is applied in a second network node of the telecommunications infrastructure when the device requests access via the second network node. The second access grant time interval is applicable for granting access for the device to the telecommunications infrastructure and is different from the first access grant time interval.

    摘要: One aspect of the disclosure relates to a method for handling a service request from a requesting entity in a telecommunications network. A first service request for a particular service is received from the requesting entity. A sequence identifier is assigned to the requesting entity from which the first service request is received. The first service request is rejected by sending a reject message to the requesting entity and the assigned sequence identifier is also communicated to the requesting entity. At some later time, the sequence identifier is transmitted (e.g. broadcasted) in the telecommunications network in order. A second service request for the particular service is then received from the requesting entity and the serving entity now allows the request for the service.

    摘要: The invention relates to a system and method of transferring user data from a communication module to a data processing center over a telecommunications network. A signalling message is wirelessly received from the communication module in the telecommunications network. The signalling message contains the user data that is subsequently transferred to the data processing center. By inserting the user data in the signalling message(s), it is possible to rapidly transmit data to the telecommunications network, while resources can be saved since it not required to establish a complete circuit-switched or packet-switched connection between the communication module and the telecommunications network. The user data may comprise application data of a program run by the communication module, e.g. alarming data, measurement data or derivatives thereof.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for congestion control in a telecommunications network. The telecommunications network supports one or more active data sessions between a server and at least a first and second communication terminal by providing at least a first and a second bearer for these terminals. Congestion is controlled by adjusting at least one of the first individual congestion parameter of the first bearer and the second individual congestion parameter of the second bearer when said group load indicator satisfies the group load condition.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method of transferring data from at least a first communication module and a second communication module to, respectively, a first data processing centre and a second data processing centre via a circuit switched telecommunications network. A first and second connection request containing respective first and second pre-provisioned telephone numbers from the first and second communication modules are received in the network. The first and second telephone numbers are processed such that the network refrains from authenticating the first and second communication modules. Subsequently first and a second circuit switched data connections are established with the first and second communication modules for receiving data. The data can be routed from the first communication module to the first data processing centre and from the second communication module to the second data processing centre in accordance with the first and second telephone numbers, respectively.
