    摘要: The present invention discloses a compressor including a hermetic container into/from which refrigerant is sucked and discharged, a compression unit provided in the hermetic container and compressing the refrigerant, a motor unit provided in the hermetic container to be connected to the compression unit and driving the compression unit, and one or more irregular reflection portions provided on an outer circumferential surface of the motor unit. The irregular reflection portion repeatedly reflects and dissipates noise and vibration in the compressor to improve the noise reduction effect. In addition, the irregular reflection portion increases the surface area of the motor unit to improve the radiation effect, which results in high efficiency of the entire compressor.

    摘要: A vibration reduction structure of a reciprocating compressor comprises: a case having a suction pipe for introducing a refrigerant and a discharge pipe for discharging a refrigerant at both sides thereof; an assembly installed in the case to compress a refrigerant and composed of a cylinder, a piston, a driving unit, and a discharge valve assembly; a loop pipe installed between the discharge valve assembly and the discharge pipe with a curved shape; and a connection unit for connecting a first point of the loop pipe and a second point of the loop pipe facing the first point and thereby reducing a vibration transmission. According to this, vibration generated as the piston is operated can be transmitted to the compressor through many paths including the loop pipe and the additional connection unit. Also, generated vibration can be canceled to each other due to its phase difference, thereby preventing vibration from being transmitted to the entire case. Also, a damage of the connection part of the loop pipe due to vibration can be prevented, and a reliability of the product can be enhanced.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a valve apparatus for a hermetic compressor. In the present invention, an elastic lead (40) is integrally formed with a discharge valve (30) in order to reduce striking force generated when the discharge valve (30) strikes a valve seat (26) and to facilitate opening of the discharge valve (30). The elastic lead (40) is formed by cutting out an intermediate portion of the discharge valve (30), and a free end of the elastic lead is bent to directed to a free end (36) or a clasped portion (32) of the discharge valve (30). The free end (36) of the elastic lead (40) is supported on a bottom surface of a recess (27) in a valve plate (20), and thus, the elastic lead (40) exerts elastic force on the discharge valve (30) in a direction that the discharge valve (30) is opened. According to the present invention constructed as such, noise generated when the discharge valve (30) operates can be minimized, and opening/closing operation of the discharge valve (30) can be smoothly performed.
