摘要： A method and apparatus for adjusting an aiming telescope and a laser range finder with a weapon system which is equipped with a weapon computer, a data memory and a computer-controlled graticule adjusting device. Laser beams are fired consecutively by a collimation line testing device and by the laser range finder, into a collimator. A reference reticle or an aiming graticule of the aiming telescope are aligned with the laser beam images in the collimator, and the aligned position is stored in the data memory.

摘要： Evaluating a real estate transaction based on preliminary data about the transaction. An evaluation system employs a transaction evaluator software module that can receive input about a customer and a type of financial product. The transaction evaluator software module also has access to a variety of data sources defining parameters for the investing institution. When the transaction evaluator receives input for a customer, it retrieves the relevant parameters for investing and performs a series of calculations to determine the likelihood that the customer's transaction will be approved. The results of the calculations can be displayed to the user in a graphical format for a range of transaction values. The graphical presentation of the calculations assists the user in determining whether to proceed with the transaction.

摘要： The synchronism or tracking between two analog signals is compared by a cuit arrangement having two inputs to which these analog signals are applied. A comparator circuit compares the two signals and provides a trigger or energizing signal to a switch which in turn produces an error signal when the two compared signals deviate from each other to an extent larger than a predetermined limit. One input is connected to the comparator circuit through a heterodyning circuit wherein the respective analog signal is heterodyned by a heterodyning signal which varies in its polarity. The comparator circuit includes a polarity detector which provides a signal signifying a positive or a negative difference between the amplitudes of the two polarity signals. A discriminator circuit is operatively connected to the comparator to provide a switch energizing signal when the difference signal does not have any zero transitions or passages with the frequency of the heterodyning signal.

摘要： A laser diode in the form of a chip with a heat sink connected to an electronic control circuit, is positioned in front of a light conductor for emitting light into the light conductor. The light conductor (103), such as a fiber (101) of a glass fiber cable (102), passes through a hole in the wall of a housing (100) for the electronic control circuit. The light conductor end is precisely adjusted in the Z-direction of an X-Y-Z-coordinate system, and rigidly held in the adjusted position in a bore or slot (17a) of a mounting block (17). The laser diode (10) with its chip (11) and its heat sink (12) are held in a roughly adjusted position in a milled recess (17c) of the mounting block (17) relative to the tip of the light conductor by a compression leaf spring (14) which permits an adjustment of the laser diode with its chip and heat sink in the X- and Y-direction for a precise adjustment. A displacement gripper tongue mechanism is then used for a precise position adjustment in the X- and Y-direction. After the precise adjustment the laser diode with its chip and heat sink are spot welded by a laser beam to the mounting block. Preferably, a cooling body in heat transfer contact with the heat sink forms a unitary, integral, one piece structure with the mounting block.
