A one-dimensional signal beam generation means diffracts and spatially modulates the beams incident from the light generation and radiation means to generate a one-dimensional signal beam and radiates the one-dimensional signal beam. A two-dimensional signal beam radiation means reflects the one-dimensional signal beam in two directions on the same horizontal plane and radiates a two-dimensional signal beam onto the recording medium.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a scanning apparatus using a light modulator. The scanning apparatus simultaneously and horizontally scans a plurality of diffracted beams, formed by actuating cells turned on/off in response to externally applied drive power, onto a photosensitive member. The scanning apparatus includes a first lens unit for converting a single beam, emitted from a light source, into collimated light, and emitting the collimated light. A light modulation means includes a plurality of actuating cells turned on/off by drive power, and diffracts and modulates the single beam to form a plurality of diffracted beams by on/off operation of the actuating cells. A filtering means selectively allows diffracted beams having at least one predetermined diffraction coefficient, among the plurality of diffracted beams formed by the light modulation means, to pass therethrough. A second lens unit focuses the plurality of diffracted beams selectively passing through the filtering means onto a photosensitive member.

    摘要: Provided are a microfluidic device and a microfluidic analysis equipment. The microfluidic device includes guides disposed along both edges, a lower plate including a flow path defined between the guides, and a movable upper plate moved along the guides on the lower plate and having a length less than that the flow path. A fluid flow can be simply accurately controlled by adjusting a position of the movable upper plate. As a result, the fluid can sufficiently react in the detection part and the reaction part. Therefore, effective reaction and detection can be realized using only a small amount of fluid, thereby improving sensitivity. In addition, due to the improved sensitivity, a washing process for removing materials that are not consumed in the reaction can be omitted. Also, the movable upper plate can be manually moved using a user's finger.
