In one embodiment, the fuel cell module includes: a fuel cell unit; a first current collector extending along an outer side of the fuel cell unit; and a second current collector wound around the first current collector and around the outer side of the fuel cell unit. Here, the outer side of the fuel cell unit is a curved outer side, the first current collector has a curved inner side facing the curved outer side of the fuel cell unit, and the curved inner side of first current collector is shaped to match the curved outer side of the fuel cell unit.

    摘要: A manufactured fuel cell includes: a unit cell including a first electrode layer, an electrolyte layer surrounding an outer circumference of the first electrode layer, and a second electrode layer surrounding the electrolyte layer while exposing an end of the electrolyte layer; a plating layer around an outer circumference of the exposed electrolyte layer; a cell coupling member including a passage pipe inserted into the unit cell and forming a continuous passage from the inside of the unit cell, a coupling pipe provided outside of the passage pipe to form a space accommodating an end of the unit cell from the passage pipe, and a connecting unit connecting the coupling pipe with the passage pipe and restricting an insertion depth of the electrolyte layer and the first electrode layer; and a welding portion fixing and sealing the plating layer and an inner circumference of the coupling pipe with each other.

A fuel cell module including a unit cell in which a first electrode layer, an electrolyte layer, and a second electrode layer are sequentially laminated, wherein one of the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer includes a first region coated with a first electrode material layer having a first ionic conductivity, a second region coated with a second electrode material layer having a second ionic conductivity, and a third region coated with a third electrode material layer having a third ionic conductivity, and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. A temperature gradient difference of a unit cell is reduced so that more uniform performance of the unit cell may be achieved. The fuel cell module may be driven at low temperature and durability thereof may be improved.

    摘要: Disclosed is a fuel cell system wherein the flow of fuel and oxygen is optimized thereby improving the thermal efficiency of the entire system. The fuel cell system comprises at least one stack for generating electrical energy by an electrochemical reaction between hydrogen gas and oxygen, a fuel supply portion for supplying fuel to the stack, and an oxygen supply portion for supplying oxygen to the stack. The stack is formed in a stacked configuration with MEAs and separators. The separators are positioned on either surface of the MEAs. The separators have a plurality of ribs proximate to the MEAs which define a plurality of channels wherein the ratio of a width of the channels to the width of the ribs is from about 0.8 to 1.5.

    摘要: A metal separator for a fuel cell of the present invention includes a metal substrate having a reactant flow pathway, and a metal nitride coating layer. The metal nitride coating layer covers the surface of the metal substrate on which a reactant flow pathway is formed and slurry-coated. A metal layer for improving adherence is formed between the surface of the metal substrate on which a reactant flow pathway is formed, and the electro-conductive metal nitride coating layer. The metal separator is suitable for a fuel cell since it is lightweight, and has excellent anti-corrosion and electric conductivity.
