摘要: A distance measuring apparatus according to an aspect of the invention may include: a light source irradiating reference light to measure a distance; a lower reflective mirror reflecting the reference light to irradiate the reference light onto a peripheral obstacle, and reflecting reflected light, rebounded from an obstacle, so that the reflected light moves in an opposite direction along the same optical path as the reference light; a sensor lens arranged above the lower reflective mirror, converting the reference light into parallel light beams and focusing the reflected light; an upper reflective mirror arranged above the sensor lens and switching an optical path of the reflected light; and an optical sensor receiving the reflected light having the optical path thereof switched by the upper reflective mirror, wherein the upper reflective mirror reflects back the reflected light, focused after passing through the sensor lens, in an opposite direction to a moving direction thereof so that a focus of the reflected light is formed between the lower reflective mirror and the upper reflective mirror.

摘要: A distance measuring apparatus includes a light source unit generating reference light for distance measuring, a light receiving device receiving light reflected from an object to be measured, which has received the reference light, a mirror controlling a path of the reference light, and controlling a path of light, reflected from the object to be measured, toward the light receiving device, and a sensor lens focusing the light reflected from the mirror on the light receiving device. The sensor lens includes a lens portion refracting light, a flange portion provided around the circumference of the lens portion and including a coupling portion for fixing the sensor lens, and a light passing portion formed at the lens portion.

摘要: A laser measuring device maintains high responsivity irrespective of changes in surrounding environment, provides more correct measurement and long distance measurement due to reduced noise, and ensures the safety and reliability of a product. A first light emitter emits first wavelength light having a first wavelength. A second light emitter emits second wavelength light having a second wavelength, the second light emitter being arranged perpendicular to the first light emitter. An optical mirror allows one of the first wavelength light and the second wavelength light to pass but reflecting the other one. A first band pass filter for allows the first wavelength light to pass. A second band pass filter allows the second wavelength light to pass. A light receiver receives incident light, which arrives through one of the first and second band pass filters. A controller activates at least one of the first and second light emitters.

摘要: A biological tissue inspection apparatus is disclosed. The biological tissue inspection apparatus comprises a stage and a probe. The probe comprises an optical imaging device, an optical interference detector, and a light guide. The probe acquires data regarding optical images and optical interference, through the optical imaging device and the optical interference detector. The stage or the probe moves such that a selected area of the inspection object is positioned in the FOV of the optical imaging device and of the optical interference detector. The light guide is configured such that illumination light from the optical imaging device and measurement light from the optical interference detector are coaxially emitted to the inspection object.
