    Abstract: A MEMS microphone package having improved acoustic properties, and to a packaging method, which involve adding a vent path in the packaging process to improve equilibrium between internal and external air pressure. The MEMS microphone package includes a MEMS microphone chip, in which a back plate and a diaphragm structure are formed in a body by using MEMS process techniques; a substrate for mounting the MEMS microphone chip thereon; a vent path which is formed between the MEMS microphone chip and the substrate by applying an adhesive only to a portion of the substrate and adhering the MEMS microphone chip to the substrate; and a case which is adhered to the substrate and forms a space for accommodating the MEMS microphone chip, wherein acoustic properties of the MEMS microphone package are improved as air pressure inside the MEMS microphone chip and air pressure outside the MEMS microphone chip form air equilibrium via the vent path.

    Abstract: A plasma display panel (PDP) and a method of manufacturing the same with improved luminous efficiency.     Abstract: Disclosed is an easy dyeable polyester fiber. Consisting of 60-95 mol % of polyethylene terephthalate and 5-40 mol % of polytrimethylene terephthalate, the polyester fiber of the present invention is prepared through copolymerization or through the ester interchange in such a way that it ranges, in melting point from 230° C. to 250° C., in birefringence from 100 to 190×10−3, and in boil-water shrinkage, from 8 to 25. Using disperse dyes, the polyester fiber can be dyed in deep shades at as low as or lower than 100° C. under atmospheric pressure. Thus, the polyester fiber of the present invention is can be used in mixture with thermal resistance-insufficient fibers such as spandex without causing yellowing therein. Also, it does not allow spots in the dyeing to appear thereon upon after-treatment, and in addition shows good fastness to washing, water, sublimation and friction.

    Abstract: A plasma display panel (PDP) is disclosed. In one embodiment, the PDP includes i) a front substrate and a rear substrate spaced apart from and facing each other and ii) a barrier rib portion dividing a space between the front substrate and the rear substrate into a plurality of discharge cells, wherein the barrier rib portion comprises first barrier ribs and second barrier ribs formed on the first barrier ribs, wherein the second barrier ribs are less in width than the first barrier ribs, wherein the widths of the first and second barrier ribs are defined along a first direction substantially parallel with one of the front and rear substrates, and wherein the second barrier ribs are closer to the first substrate than the first barrier ribs.
