Since the barrier ribs, the dielectric layer and the protective layer are transparent, damage caused by coloring can be prevented. Since color scattering is avoided by reflection layers provided in discharge spaces, reflection brightness is reduced and brightness is improved. Since components constituting the plasma display panel have colors of a subtractive color mixture, bright room contrast is improved and display efficiency deterioration is prevented.

An apparatus for generating energy using sensible heat of an offgas during manufacture of molten iron and a method for generating energy using the same are provided. The method for generating energy includes i) providing an offgas discharged from an apparatus for manufacturing molten iron including a reduction reactor that provides reduced iron that is reduced from iron ore and a melter-gasifier that melts the reduced iron to manufacture molten iron; ii) converting cooling water into high pressure steam by contacting the cooling water with the offgas; and iii) generating energy from at least one steam turbine by supplying the high pressure steam to the steam turbine and rotating the steam turbine.

The seal dispenser for fabricating a liquid crystal display panel includes a table holding a substrate, a syringe forming a seal pattern on the substrate by varying a position relation of the table, an image camera detecting an image of the seal pattern by varying the position of the table, and a display unit displaying an image of the seal pattern detected by the image camera.
