摘要： An electric wire with terminal includes an electric wire covering an outer periphery of a core wire with an insulating coating and a female terminal. The female terminal includes: a wire barrel having a bottom plate on which the core wire is placed and crimped onto the core wire; a groove portion extending from the bottom plate in a direction in which the core wire extends and whose surface on the side where the core wire is placed is bent into a concave shape. The groove portion has a water blocking wall molded by synthetic resin. The water blocking wall is provided to fill the inside of the groove portion. A region extending from the water blocking wall to the end of the insulating coating is covered with a water blocking coating, and the inner surface of the water blocking coating is in close contact with the water blocking wall.

摘要： An electric wire with terminal includes an electric wire covering an outer periphery of a core wire with an insulating coating and a female terminal. The female terminal includes: a wire barrel having a bottom plate on which the core wire is placed and crimped onto the core wire; a groove portion extending from the bottom plate in a direction in which the core wire extends and whose surface on the side where the core wire is placed is bent into a concave shape. 摘要： An aluminum electric wire (10) has a metallic core wire (11) coated with an insulation coating (13). A female terminal fitting (20) made of metal different from the core wire (11) has a wire barrel (25) to be connected to the aluminum electric wire (10). A solder seal (30) is formed of solder having a main component with an ionizing tendency close to that of the terminal fitting. The wire barrel (25) is crimped to the core wire (11) exposed by peeling off the insulation coating (13) of the aluminum electric wire (10) and partially sealed with the solder. A seal connection portion (14) connects the insulation coating (13), the exposed core wire (11) and the solder seal (30) to each other in a condition where the coating (13) and the solder seal (30) are sealed off from each other.

摘要： An aluminum electric wire (10) has a metallic core wire (11) coated with an insulation coating (13). A female terminal fitting (20) made of metal different from the core wire (11) has a wire barrel (25) to be connected to the aluminum electric wire (10). A solder seal (30) is formed of solder having a main component with an ionizing tendency close to that of the terminal fitting. The frame (60) has no partition walls between the auxiliary connectors (10). Thus, the connector is narrowed by a total thickness of the partition walls.

摘要： The present invention aims to provide a terminal fitting which enables the use of existing connectors. A terminal fitting (10) of the present invention includes a terminal connecting portion (11), a wire connecting portion (12), a coupling portion (13) located between the terminal connecting portion (11) and the wire connecting portion (12) to connect the both and having a U-shaped cross section. A heat-shrinkable tube (40) is attached to the wire connecting portion (12). Further, a constricted portion (23) constricted inwardly relative to the terminal connecting portion (11) and the wire connecting portion (12) is provided at the coupling portion (13). The terminal fitting (10) includes a sealing portion (30) adapted to seal the interior of the constricted portion (23) and to have an end part of the tube (40) attached thereto. With this configuration, the terminal fitting (10) of the present invention can reduce external dimensions of the sealing portion (30) by an amount corresponding to the construction of the constricted portion (23). Thus, it is not necessary to make the dimensions of an opening of a cavity larger and an existing connector (60) can be used as it is.
