摘要: The present provides a leakage detection circuit for an electric vehicle, and so on, capable of calculating a leakage resistance. The leakage detection circuit for an electric vehicle detects a current Ig11(t1) that flows in leakage resistances Ra and Rb when one leakage detection switch SW1 is closed at t1 and the other leakage detection switch SW2 is opened, and detects a current Ig12(t2) when the switch SW1 is opened at t2 and the switch SW2 is closed. In addition, the circuit detects voltages Vl11(t1, t2) and Vl12(t1, t2) of portions where these leakage detection resistances Ra are connected. A combined value Rl of the leakage resistances is calculated by a leakage calculator based on the following equation 34. 摘要: The car power source apparatus switches a pair of contactors (driving battery relays) connected to positive and negative output sides of a driving battery via a switching circuit with an auxiliary battery as power supply. The switching circuit is provided with a voltage detection circuit to detect auxiliary battery voltage, a series switching circuit to connect coils of the pair of contactors in series and switch both contactor contacts on, and a parallel switching circuit to connect coils of the pair of contactors in parallel and switch both contactor contacts on. When auxiliary battery voltage is higher than a set voltage, it connects the pair of contactor coils in series to switch the contacts on via the series switching circuit, and when auxiliary battery voltage is lower than a set voltage, it connects the pair of contactor coils in parallel to switch the contacts on via the parallel switching circuit.

摘要: The present provides a leakage detection circuit for an electric vehicle, and so on, capable of calculating a leakage resistance. 摘要: An electric power source for a motor vehicle is equipped with a welded state discriminator, and while a positive-side contactor and negative-side contactor are controlled to be switched off, the welded state discriminator detects a voltage of a positive-side contactor or negative-side contactor on its loading side with respect to a connecting point of a battery unit on a positive side and a battery unit on a negative side, so that when in a plus voltage where the detected voltage thus obtained is larger than a predetermined voltage, the positive-side contactor is judged to be in a welded state, and when in a minus voltage where the detected voltage is larger than the predetermined voltage, the negative-side contactor is judged to be in a welded state.

Further, the car power source apparatus is provided with a failure detection circuit 5 to control the first leakage detection switch 13 and the second leakage detection switch 23 ON and OFF and determine failure of the leakage detection circuit 3 from voltages detected by the voltage detection circuits 4.

摘要: The car power source apparatus is provided with a plurality of batteries, a temperature detection circuit, and an abnormal temperature rise prevention circuit. The temperature detection circuit detects electrical resistance change of a plurality of temperature sensors via a voltage conversion circuit, converts voltage conversion circuit output voltage into a digital signal via an A/D converter, and inputs that signal into a control circuit as a temperature signal. The abnormal temperature rise prevention circuit is provided with comparators to compare output voltage from the voltage conversion circuit of the temperature detection circuit with a reference voltage and output an abnormal temperature signal if battery temperature rises to a specified temperature, and a forced current cut-off circuit connected to the comparators to detect a comparator abnormal temperature signal and cut-off battery current. The control circuit and the abnormal temperature rise prevention circuit monitor battery temperature, and cut-off battery current.
