摘要： An image forming apparatus includes: a first image forming unit configured to form an image on a sheet using a first colorant to be heat-fixed on the sheet; a second image forming unit configured to form an image on the sheet using a second colorant that is erasable by heating; and a fixing device arranged further on a downstream side in a sheet conveying direction than the first image forming unit and further on an upstream side in the sheet conveying direction than the second image forming unit and capable of executing fixing processing for heat-fixing the image, which is formed on the sheet by the first image forming unit, on the sheet and executing erasing processing for heating the sheet, on which the image is formed with the second colorant, to erasing temperature to thereby erase the second colorant on the sheet.

摘要： According to one embodiment, a system for a decoloring information management of a decoloring apparatus includes an decoloring processing unit, a sheet conveying unit, a sheet reading unit, a user ID reading unit, a storing unit configured to store a predetermined information, and a control unit. A sheet on which an image is formed with an decolorable colorant is subject to decoloring processing. The sheet conveying unit conveys the sheet and causes the sheet to pass through the decoloring processing unit. The sheet reading unit is arranged further on an upstream side than the decoloring processing unit. The user ID reading unit reads ID information of a user. The storing unit stores predetermined information. The control unit controls the storage unit to correlate the user ID and the read information by the sheet reading unit.

摘要： An image decoloring device operates in a power-saving mode and in a normal mode. The image decoloring device includes a decoloring processing unit which removes a color of a decolorable colorant that forms an image on a sheet by applying heat to the sheet. A sheet carrying unit conveys the sheet through the decoloring processing unit. A processor controls the sheet carrying unit. If the image decoloring device is operating in the power-saving mode, a conveyance speed of the sheet through the decoloring processing unit is a first speed. If the image decoloring carrying unit is operating in the normal mode, the conveyance speed of the sheet through the decoloring processing unit is a second speed greater than the first speed.
