摘要: The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein the biodegradable polyester composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: i) 58 to 80 parts by weight of an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester; ii) 20 to 32 parts by weight of starch; and iii) 0 to 10 parts by weight of a processing agent. The present invention unexpectedly found by research that by using an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester in which an amount of aromatic carboxylic acid accounts for a total amount of diacid is 44 mol % to 48 mol % as a matrix resin, where the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester has a crystallization peak width D of 5° C. to 16° C., and by using starch of which a particle size D (50) is 2 μm to 12 μm as the other phase, and meanwhile by adding a specific amount of a processing agent, the polyester composition prepared has excellent transversal and longitudinal tear strengths, and the polyester composition has a biodegradation rate of 90% or more during the 12-week degradation test, satisfying the industrial compost.

摘要: The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of glycidyl methacrylate is 0.05 ppm-10 ppm. In the present invention, by adding a trace amount of glycidyl methacrylate into a chosen formula of the biodegradable polyester composition and controlling the weight content of glycidyl methacrylate which finally remains in the biodegradable polyester composition as 0.05 ppm-10 ppm, a compatibility between aliphatic-aromatic polyester and polylactic acid in the biodegradable polyester composition can be greatly enhanced, which enables the biodegradable polyester composition to have excellent surface property of film material, and no fisheye occurs on the film material because of a fluctuation of processing technique.

摘要: The present invention discloses a polylactic acid composite and use thereof. The polylactic acid composite includes the following components: (A) 89 to 98 parts by weight of polylactic acid; (B) 1 to 4 parts by weight of talcum powder; and (C) 1 to 7 parts by weight of a plasticizer. In the component (A), the polylactic acid has a polydispersity index P satisfying the following relationship: 1.55≤P≤2.02. In the component (B), the talcum powder has a particle size D(50) satisfying: 1 μm≤D(50)≤2.6 μm. In the component (C), the plasticizer has a relative molecular weight M satisfying: 180≤M≤670. Through research, the present invention has unexpectedly discovered that by using the polylactic acid having the polydispersity index P satisfying the relationship 1.55≤P≤2.02 as a matrix, adding a specific range of content of ultrafine talcum powder as a nucleating agent, and selecting the plasticizer of a specific molecular weight as a crystallization promotion agent, the prepared polylactic acid composite has a light transmittance T≥80%, a haze H≤40%, and a heat deflection temperature HDT≥90° C., having significantly improved heat resistance and transparency.

摘要: A biodegradable polyester composition based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, including a weight content of tetrahydrofuran, which is 3 ppm-200 ppm; and based on the total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of cyclopentanone is 0.5 ppm-85 ppm is provided. The tetrahydrofuran and cyclopentanone is added into the composition and controlling the content of tetrahydrofuran and the content of cyclopentanone in a certain range in the composition to realize printing performance. Moreover, when a velocity of film blowing is 176 Kg/h, a range of a film thickness is less than 0.2 μm and a relative deviation of the film thickness is less than 1%.

摘要: The present invention discloses a PBAT resin composition comprising following components: (a) poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate); (b) iron element; wherein, based on a total weight of the PBAT resin composition, a weight content of the iron element is 1 ppm-500 ppm. By adding iron-containing compounds into the composition and controlling the content of the iron element in a range of 1 ppm-500 ppm in the composition, a speed of reaction of aromatic structure in the PBAT resin under a hot and humid condition can be postponed, so that after the prepared PBAT resin composition is aged in boiling water for 24 hours and 48 hours, a variation of b-value is less than 2. The PBAT resin composition has obviously improved color stability in resistance to boiling water aging.

摘要: The present invention relates to a polylactic acid 3D printing material and a preparation method thereof, which belong to the technical field of polymer materials. The polylactic acid 3D printing material of the present invention comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: (a) 40-95 parts of crystalline or semi-crystalline polylactic acid, (b) 5-60 parts of noncrystalline polylactic acid, and (c) 0-1.0 parts of a processing aid. In the polylactic acid 3D printing material, a weight of dextral polylactic acid represents 0.5%-8% of a total weight of the polylactic acid. According to the present invention, a polylactic acid 3D printing material with a good aging resistance property can be obtained, by selecting and using two kinds of polylactic acids with different optical purities as raw materials, rationally distributing the proportional relationship between the two, and defining the content of dextral polylactic acid.
