    摘要: The present invention discloses a polylactic acid composite and use thereof. The polylactic acid composite includes the following components: (A) 89 to 98 parts by weight of polylactic acid; (B) 1 to 4 parts by weight of talcum powder; and (C) 1 to 7 parts by weight of a plasticizer. In the component (A), the polylactic acid has a polydispersity index P satisfying the following relationship: 1.55≤P≤2.02. In the component (B), the talcum powder has a particle size D(50) satisfying: 1 μm≤D(50)≤2.6 μm. In the component (C), the plasticizer has a relative molecular weight M satisfying: 180≤M≤670. Through research, the present invention has unexpectedly discovered that by using the polylactic acid having the polydispersity index P satisfying the relationship 1.55≤P≤2.02 as a matrix, adding a specific range of content of ultrafine talcum powder as a nucleating agent, and selecting the plasticizer of a specific molecular weight as a crystallization promotion agent, the prepared polylactic acid composite has a light transmittance T≥80%, a haze H≤40%, and a heat deflection temperature HDT≥90° C., having significantly improved heat resistance and transparency.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein the biodegradable polyester composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: i) 58 to 80 parts by weight of an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester; ii) 20 to 32 parts by weight of starch; and iii) 0 to 10 parts by weight of a processing agent. The present invention unexpectedly found by research that by using an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester in which an amount of aromatic carboxylic acid accounts for a total amount of diacid is 44 mol % to 48 mol % as a matrix resin, where the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester has a crystallization peak width D of 5° C. to 16° C., and by using starch of which a particle size D (50) is 2 μm to 12 μm as the other phase, and meanwhile by adding a specific amount of a processing agent, the polyester composition prepared has excellent transversal and longitudinal tear strengths, and the polyester composition has a biodegradation rate of 90% or more during the 12-week degradation test, satisfying the industrial compost.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a PBS resin composition and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprises: a. PBS resin; b. element titanium; c. element phosphorus, wherein a weight ratio range of titanium to phosphorus is 0.6-10:1, preferably 0.7-4:1, and more preferably 1.25-1.5:1. A weight content of the element titanium is 20-200 ppm, and a weight content of the element phosphorus is 15-70 ppm. By adding a titanium-containing compound and a phosphorus-containing compound and controlling the range of the weight ratio of the element titanium to the element phosphorus in the PBS resin composition to be 0.6-10:1, the present invention obtains a PBS resin composition. After treating in a 95° C.-distilled water bath for 12 hours and drying at 90° C. for 3 hours, a change of the melt flow index of the PBS resin composition is less than 50.0 g/10 min, and the PBS resin composition possesses an obviously improved hydrolysis property.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a biodegradable polyester and use thereof, including components: A) acid components containing following repeating units: 50 to 58 mol % of terephthalic acid A1; 30 to 40 mol % of sebacic acid A2; and 2 to 20 mol % of an aliphatic dibasic acid A3 with a carbon chain length of 6 or less; B) butanediol. In the present invention, in the case of a high content of the terephthalic acid, the biodegradable polyester prepared by introducing an aliphatic dibasic acid unit having a carbon chain length of 6 or less can satisfy the degradation performance and rigidity and improve the tenacity of the material simultaneously.
